I know you must think I am crazy but I was not completely happy with my previous augmentation. I had saline and I started to see rippling on my right side. I also had extra skin sagging on the side of each breast near the armpits. We realized that my skin is very elastic-y and stretches out easily. After talking with my husband and dr, we decided to go back in and switch out the saline for silicone. I wanted more upper pole fullness and more space between the breast.

Revision surgery day 4/28/17

My husband and I arrived at the surgical center at 9:45am for my 11:30am surgery. I was called back at around 11:00 and gave the urine sample. I still had the steri strips on since I was only 1 month post op from the 1st augmentation. The nurse to my vitals and then took of the steri strips and cleaned the chest area before I changed into my gown. I had a headache from not eating or drinking from the night before. An IV was started and it seemed like we were ready to rock and roll but we were waiting for a while. It was around 12:30pm where I really needed to have the anesthesiologist give me something for my headache. As soon as they pushed those meds, it took my headache away. The dr. came in and apologized for taking so long but he was doing a breast lift and implant before me and it ran long. The room then had to be cleaned and sterilized. He marked my breast and we went over the procedure again. I was wheeled into the operating room, given some drugs and next I knew, I was done! I knew what to expect and it was not bad at all. I wake up from anesthesia pretty easily and this time was just as easy. I was nauseated this time even though I wasn't last time. I ate some crackers, had some ginger ale and peed. I was then released to go home. By the way, they have me a pink bra to go home in! The only colors I have seen in pictures or in youtube were tan or black. My stats: 50yrs old, 123lbs, 5'3". Had HP Mentor Smooth Round 535cc's Silicone implants
