32 Yr Old...2 Kids...580cc UHP Silicone unders. SO EXCITED!!
3 wks post op
As for the pain from procedure, it was minimal. Very uncomfortable/sore/tight feeling, but not really pain. I have a high pain tolerance, but i work describe it has more of a sore muscle feeling. Like a full day of chest workouts at the gym; pulled muscles. And you’ll definitely need help getting in and out dinner for first few days as every action and movement pulls on those chest muscles. I never realized how much we use those muscles every day.
By week 2 I felt pretty good. Still sore and very conscious not to over do it. But stitches come out and massaging was ordered from PS. I was told to massage at least 5xs a day, you can never do too much. The only way to do it wrong I to not do it enough. The last ting I want is scar tissue complications, so I’ve been massaging like a crazy person. And surprisingly, it’s not too bad pain wise.
Week 3 and I’m basically back to doing all of my normal activities. Except working out. I haven’t been cleared to go back to gym so really looking forward to that. Still careful when lifting, keeping elbows tucked to sides and lift with legs/arms. No more pain except some “morning boob”

6 days post op *bloat is real*
Feeling SO much better after getting Off all pain meds. The Percocet made me terribly constipated, that and I’m sure the anesthesia played a role. I was taking a stool softener every day for 4 days and nothing. Finally had to resort to a suppository and then switched to Milk of magnesium. Finally success. I was so bloated and gross feeling from all the build-up, was hands down worse than any pain or discomfort from actual procedure. I would recommend starting on milk of magnesium and alternating pain killer and Tylenol.
