29 Years Old, 115lbs, Inspira Implants (365 and 345 HP) and Inverted Nipple Correction

I have always had pretty far apart low hanging boobs, and use to have both inverted nipples. I had a correct two years ago and one took and one didn't. Getting implants to get the fullness and perkiness I'm looking for as well as other nipple corrected!

I'm seeing Dr. Engel in Sarasota. My sister works there and just got hers last year. Hers looks great and I'm hoping mine turn out similar!

My procedure is tomorrow and I'm feeling panicked! Am I making the right decision. It's a huge deal to alter your body forever and have no guarantee what the outcome will be.

Well despite many mixed feelings and one of the harder decisions ever, I decided to go for it. I took a look at my natural body I've Been looking at for 30 years for the last time this morning and it made me so sad and upset. Couple that with Being slightly unsure and being nervous for surgery I was a wreck!

One I got into pre- op areas though, everyone was so nice and accommodating it made me feel so much better. Dr Engel was cracking jokes and tell me "you start off with gorgeous breasts, you'll end up with gorgeous breasts" which eased my mind and need to control what I wold look like when I woke u.

I got no warning about anesthesia, so all I remember is rolling into the room and telling my sister (one of the surg nurses) not to make me look like Pamela Anderson or I'd kill her! ; )

I woke up about 2.5 hours later. Dr Engel came to visit me and let me know we went to a slightly smaller implant we hadn't really plan on. Also, they did different sizes bc of some lopsidednes. I ended up with 365 in one and one 345. I am super happy they wound up a little smaller. I love working out and used to be a professional dancer so having smaller boobs is important to me!

I was pretty nauseous when I woke up so they gave me
A queasy which smells amazing and is juts lavender, ginger, etc. you just open it p and smell and it helped but still almost puked when I stood up to go into the wheelchair. I couldn't feel much in the boobs except pressure which has increase over the past 11 hours (to be expected).

When we got home, I couldn't wait to look and wat something! Highly recommend chicken soup, Fresca and crackerS. I took a small peak and uploaded pics here! I am pretty much living in the bed, against a big pillow I found on amazon.

I am taking pain meds and antibiotics about every 4 and 8 hours.
Boobs are looking good excpet till pretty far space in between and super high and tight. I'm stoked I don't have the weird framkeboob thing a lot of women had though. I worked a bit today loopy, so hopefully every email was somewhat normal sounding :) excited for them to drop and fluff and see what they're going to look like!
