33 Year Old- No Kids- Getting BBL After Not Seeing Work out Results

Went in for my 2 month follow up to my BBL. I haven't been happy with my results. Swelling went down and I barely have any projection in my butt. I also have a couple of dents. I admit I'm happy w the overall results of my lipo and curves but my butt is not anywhere as full as I wanted it. I expressed my dislike nicely to my PS, but he seemed to be content w the results and swayed away from the revision topic by telling me there's no where else he can get fat from. He noted the dents and where fat died and even made the comment it could get worse but that he was impressed w the overall difference in my shape. I was extremely upset and left crying. I feel there is nothing I can do but pay another doctor to have a revision. Anyone been through this or have any advice? I don't want to pay full price again when I feel a revision would help me obtain the results I'm looking for. Is a revision ultimately up to him or do I have the right to request one?
