I really loved the results of my Thermage but I am guessing that this is practitioner dependent. I didn't know anything about this but you have to make sure that your practitioner is using an authentic Thermage treatment tip. She showed me what a 'fake' tip looks like (which she keeps to show clients) and it was hard to tell the difference but they had a Thermage technical engineer take it apart and the differences were scary! Ask to see the clinic personal results. I did this and they showed me hundreds of their own Thermage results. I had mine with Saphira Thermage...They are the best ever!

Vanessa was so professional and took the time to explain the science behind Thermage. I was wary because of all of the negative things that I had read on review sites like this one. She went through each concern and after this I felt like I understood the process and I felt confident and safe. The results that I achieved was proof that these people know what they are doing.

What was the procedure like for you?


I had been told by a few people that it was going to be REALLY painful but it wasn't. There were a few spots that were sensitive but all in all quite comfortable. I think results definitely depend on who is doing it. I know that for Saphira Clinics this is their main treatment so they seem to have it down pat for the treatment and then the results.
I had a similar experience as you did - not that painful but manageable
Mine wasn’t painful either. It makes me think people are going to untrained clinicians or people who are not using authentic machine parts.

It was a while since I had this treatment and I have since had another one. So suffice to say I'm addicted to this treatment. It just always works for me and I'm not spending a lot of money on other treatments like I used to, since committing to my yearly Thermage treatments
I have this treatment every year to 18 months now. I also love to add skin boosters for the nice hydration that they give to the skin
Where do you go to get yours done?
I am so happy to see this positive review of Thermage after reading soo many bad once. I never had this procedure myself though I know people who did and they look amazing. At certain Doctors offices the staff and sometimes even the Doctor call the procedure Thermage since it tightens the skin however in some cases for what they call Thermage is performed with a totally different tool which has nothing to do with the original Thermage machine but is something that basically should do the same thing like tighten skin. Staff often uses the term Thermage because the word explains the procedure. If you are interested doing thermage make sure its the original tool not a competitor look alike supposingly providing the same effect. Thank you for this positive review of Thermage.

I had my first treatment at Saphira Clinic with Vanessa in Brisbane, but since then I have also had Christiana from the Melbourne Clinic and they are both really awesome.
You look fantastic. Great results. I loved Thermage too. It really made my eyes bigger and my face firmer while looking plumper and youthful. Hifu wasn't was noticeable .
