Things have improved

Sorry for not updating anyone before. I was feeling down and tired.
Got the results for my exams and it ended up being a Staph infection! Supposedly it's one of the most common among breast infections.
I talked to my doctor on Tuesday and we decided to leave the drains for longer, so I only removed them yesterday. It was a very weird feeling to see those tubes coming out. They're so long and I had no idea!! lol
My doctor calmed me down a lot and said there's nothing we cannot fix. Said that in my next surgery he can definitely release that skin and scar tissue. However he said I'll probably need a small lift and the new implants will have to be under the muscle :( I don't really like these two ideas, firstly cause I have terrible scarring and I mean it! I don't know anyone who scars worse than I do. My scars always become hypertrophic and incredibly wide. And secondly, as I said in my first post, I've had implants under the muscle before and I didn't like it. I don't know if it was because that previous doctor didn't do it right but it always felt like something was there, if you know what I mean. Whenever I moved my arms or pushed something (even light things) I could feel the implant being pushed to the sides. Not sure if I can get used to it. Any ladies there with implants under the muscle who can tell me if this is normal?
Anyway, my boobs have improved quite a lot since the surgery. I have much more tissue on the left one but it has always been like that (and that was the biggest reason why I got my first implants).
I can feel both of them slowly "fluffing". The sticky skin has also gotten better. I didn't believe anyone when they told me it would get better but it does. :) He said I've been doing really well and he thinks my infection is almost all gone. Yay.
You all have a wonderful week x

Still not good

Going to the doctor in a few hours. I've been massaging the sticky skin a lot but still don't see any difference. I couldnt find any cases similar to mine and that makes me feel terribly anxious.
The fear of ending up disfigured is terrible. I've never felt so bad in my life :(

Not feeling so good

Physically I feel ok, but emotionally it's been a disaster.
Both of my breasts have folded into their original inframammary cease, but the left one (which was infected) looks much worse. The skin is completely attached underneath and I wonder what will have to be done in the next surgery to fix it. Can they release that scar tissue? Will it look ok once I get a new implant? Or will I have a double bubble? Not having the answers to these questions is driving me mad. I know it may improve slightly with time and massage but I also know for sure it won't change much.
My doctor doesn't seem to be very concerned. I have an appointment with him tomorrow to remove the drains. Let's see what he says :(
