5 Star Review for Dr. Caputo and Staff!

5 Months Post Op
WORTH IT
Front and back of thighs at 5 months post op. The knee area is still a bit flabby but still greatly improved since surgery. Again, I regret not taking the scar all the way down to my knee for an even better result. The back of the thighs is 100% improved, tight, and toned.

11 Weeks Post Op Thighs
Pics of my thighs at 11 weeks! I’m super happy with the results! The extra flabby skin is gone, with a much toner legs! I still have cellulite but it’s much improved with the skin being pulled tighter. I do have regrets about not taking the incision down to my knee. I believe that the area above my knee would have benefited greatly from that. Still, much improved and better looking in person!

Did you have problems walking after your thigh lift? Did you have to walk with your legs spread? You look great and I'm thinking about getting it done
No problems walking! The back lipo and tummy tuck made the core area sore, but no issues walking. It really is a tolerable surgery. Just make sure you have time to rest and elevate your legs for at least two weeks.
Thanks! No problems at all Walking. The compression from the garment feels great and helps with any discomfort. Walking doesn’t hurt but you want to limit walking for the first one to two weeks because it causes more swelling. Resting and keeping your legs elevated is key for healing and reduction of swelling during those first weeks.
Ok. Thanks. People just was telling me that the incision on your inner thigh would be sore and hard to walk. So you would have to walk with your legs spread apart but eventually it would go away. Because it's a very sensitive area. But thank you
You’re welcome. The incisions were the easiest part, as they healed quickly and did not hurt. Swelling is the biggest barrier in walking but the garment really keeps everything together and that compression makes walking more comfortable. My thighs are large and I had no issues with walking or needing to walk gap legged!
Thank you. What you said really helps me because getting information from everyone discourage me then encourages me so I really thank you. This information encourages me to proceed.
You’re welcome.
MY LEGS LOOKS JUST LIKE YOUR LOL..I HAVE SO MANY STRETCH MARKS WHICH I HOPE WITH THE PULLING THE SKIN TIGHTER RIDS SOME OF THEM. YOU'RE MAKING ME EXCITED

New Compression Garment
At 9 weeks post op, I also changed compression garments, due to my previous garments that I purchased in the DR being too big now. I like that it extends just below the knee, covers my entire back and also compresses under the under arm area where I had lipo. I found this garment by Victoria on Amazon that is super compressing yet comfortable. I found it to be true to size based on the size chart provided. Make sure you get it to fit your waist.

You look amazing and I'm sure a lot of the credit goes to you. You are super educated and prepared. Can you give me a ball-park figure of what this costs? I'm afraid the hotel, airfare, medical costs would be really high. I'd love to have the same thing done.
Thanks! I’d say the total for everything was around $10k. But that includes Everything for my husband and I, including the recovery house and flights for two from Georgia. I was so grateful for the pricing because I received a quote from a US doctor for only a groin thigh lift and liposuction of the knees for $20k. This price didn’t include anything but the surgery! Remember, I received 3 different thigh lifts, a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of my back and one hip. That’s so much more for a fraction of the cost!
Would like to see pics of your thigh lift like your legs really need this done but super scared
Thanks! Don’t be afraid. This doctor is Amazing and compassionate. He puts your health before making a buck! I never felt pressured or like I was being sold unecessary things for his profit. You’re in great hands with him!
Thank u so much for being so in depth with ur post. U look amazing
Thanks for your support!
Did you like the Victoria faja you purchased @ 9 wks post op? I recently bought one but its still a tad small since I am still swollen. Im afraid to return it for a bigger size cuz I know the swelling will go down. Now I am still using my binder and compression pantyhose with spanz. I had a TT and TL done in Dec. Im almost 6 wks post op.
Congrats on your surgery! I really like that faja. It does a great job at compressing the abdomen and thighs. I like that it goes below the knee too. If you can fasten the faja you have then I would keep it because the swelling will decrease before you know it. I’m still in a faja at three months because there is still some swelling of my back from the liposuction. The faja really helps shape everything. Good luck with yours!
I forgot to ask. Are you still using the foam sheets this far out with your faja?
Yes, I’m three months post op and am still using my ab board and foam on my back to help with the minimal swelling there. I am still in my faja atleast half a day, as I find that my abdomen still swells, although minimally.
did the garments hurt your incisions
Yes! Unfortunately, it rubbed the parts of the incisions where the they both met (groin and medial). This is also the part of the incision highly susceptible to wound separation and was the slowest to heal! 11 weeks for me. I found the Victoria garment to be softer and less agitating of the wounds. I highly recommend padding that part of the wound with extra gauze for cushion to help with comfort!
Gotcha. Yes I have that garment on shopping list. You're so awesome
Thanks and you're welcome! Please keep us posted on your surgery and recovery!
I just bought Caromed Thigh Lift girdle made just for this surgery.
Great! Let me know how it that goes!
