BBL / LIPS / LIPO - Chose Dra. Duran - Aiming for March 2015 - Dominican Republic

So, I was supposed to get surgery yesterday - I didnt. I was supposed to arrive to DR on Sunday at 8 but all flight coming to and leaving from JFK Airport were cancelled so I was not able to get to DR until 12:30p on Monday. I emailed Dr. Duran to let her know my situation and she told me that she won't be able to do my surgery on Monday but that we'll figure it out once I get here. Well, when I got to my apartment at DR, I tried calling Dr Duran office and nobody would answer. I think they even picked up the phone and hung up on me once. I decided to walk to Cipla and get everything handled in person. I got there and they told me that maybe they can squeeze me in on Tuesday. so, they told me to get my exams done and to come back to their office once I'm finished. I got exams and went back to the office and they told me that they can't do surgery on Tuesday (today) and that they can try and squeeze me in on Wedesday. This is a huge dissapointment because I am only here until Tuesday of next week and if I do end up getting surgery on Wednesday, I will only have 6 days of recovery time before I go back home. I wanted to have the full 8 days. Has anybody ever just stayed for 6 days doing this type of surgery? If so, can you let me know of your experience? I'm very nervous About this. Although, may not even get to have surgery at all and I may have to go home empty handed :( I'm just very sad at this point..

I'm a week out from my surgery And I've been in contact with someone who was going to get me a nurse. She has not been answering my WhasApp messages and it is getting me nervous. I'm going to be staying in an apartment and I won't have access to RH nurses. I'm looking to hire somebody from March 16th to the 23rd. If any of you have any nurse cintacts, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you all! I am very excited, but I want everything to go planned.

So I decided not to go with a recovery house because it's pretty pricey compared to staying at an apartment, especially with my boyfriend coming. The cheapest per night RH rate I could find was about $150. I'm staying a total of 8 nights which would amount to about $1,200 which would include inhouse nurses and and transportation to from appointments (not airport transportation) . This also includes in house Massages that you would have to pay for. I booked an apartment near Cipla instead, I attached link and pictures. The price was $438 for 7 nights, and the owner is very nice! He told me he would send a guy to pick me up from the airport for $35.00. He said I could schedule my transportation for the rest of the trip with this guy and that each trip would probably be around $5. I plan on sightseeing, so this will be perfect. I'm going to hire a personal Nurse for my stay and I'll have to figure out the whole massage stuff. Has anybody not stayed at a RH that could give me some helpful tips and pointers on how to locate a nurse and where to get massages? Thank you!!
