Hi dolls, I see that Dr. Medina offers both. I know I need a tummy tuck but I'm not quite ready for that right now. What is the difference between the two? Is one preferred over the other?

Is anyone going from July - August?
I would like someone to go with. I don't think I can stay the full 10 days as I have a son and I don't think I can be away from him that long!!
