I wanted to get lipo as a gift to self. I have no kids, but just wanted to tighted up a bit and give it a try. I was badly burned on both sides of my torso, the doctor never told me she burned me. I caught a bad fever, but still could not see the doctor for days. She was also very unapologetic about burning me.

Dr. Tania Medina had terrible bedside manner. She was highly insensitive to the fact that I was burned several times during my procedure. I had to wait for hours to see her at the surgery facility (Cecelip). This was a very scare experience. So many bad things happened while I was there. Never again!

you need to research then because there’ are more than just this one. or go yourself and hopefully you don’t end up with a bad review smh
I look for only the bad ones because those are for sure the REAL Uunpaid ones. A lot of people just do not write bad reviews because the Doctor May have so many good ones, they feel they will sound silly. The Bad ones are the REAL ones.

Many are hesitant to comr e forward. A lit of girls go there and their families don't even know. It was a terrible experience. Most ppl are so in love with the cheap price that they don't care about anything else. I also got sick and it took days to see her. She wa ls terrible.

Thank you! I'm recovered but the burn scars are still there. They should be gone in a few months. It was really scary! The next time I get SX I'll do it in the US!
Even in the US things happen. Do your research hope all is well speedy recovery.
In the US ppl dont die on the table at abnormally high rates, have to wait hours to see their physician in a clinic with 40 other women in pain. Catch fevers and never see the doctor. In American they will never have fake nurses in a recovery house claiming to be a medical professional. Period!
You do YOUR Research! And stop making excuses for these ppl that are sub par professionals because the price is cheap.

This can sometimes happen with this procedure, but I will say that she has a very good record. I have surgery on July 25 so I pray all goes well. Hope you're getting better.
This rately ever happens in the US. ITS NOT supposed to happen. It happens in DR because they are very aggressive and do not care. Her bad bedside manner isnt supoised to happen either. If a patient gets sick.. The doctor shpuld be responsive and she was not. Never again! If you die over there.. None of them care about you. If you get sick... As long as they have your money it doesn't matter.

I posted the photos of my burns already. Please check them. The service was terrible and a lit of women don't care about that because the price is cheap. I would have happily paid for lipo in the US had i known this would happen. I still have marks on my sides 8 months later because i was burned badly.

Will do. The OR nurse in me wants to create a few You Tube videos that have more medically accurate and relevant information. I've done many plastic surgery cases and I worked in the Operating room for close to 10 years. There are always risks involved but we have have to do our best to select vigilant surgeons who place safety first. Hopefully they are skilled and their technique is solid. Often, the tools used in the OR can create issues. In this case (thermal burn) heat can be generated from the type of lipo cannula used combined with the technique of removing the fat. I truly hope I can avoid burns, but I know this is a risk. My skin is sensitive so I am praying.

Trust me there are more women that have terrible experiences. A lot of them just don't write reviews. Some are on youtube. Her bedside manner was terrible. She didn't even tell me she burned me. She also made it seem as though me getting burned was my fault. TERRIBLE experience. She also didn't tell me i needed a blood transfusion. Her assistane Marielle did all the talking without explaining anything.
Has she killed anyone? If you use bio oil it will even your skin tone out

I do not care about good reviews or reading them, I want to see the Bad reviews because no one is going to write a fake BAD review. They will not waist their time to write a fake Bad review. Always look for the bad ones because you know those are real and not paid for. I once had a Doctor offer me free Filler for a great review. I said no !! Same thing at a nail salon, free manicure fir a good review on YELP.! Again I said NO !!!
