Hi! I chose Dr. Chernoff & Associates, in Santa Rosa after doing some local research. I have wanted to do an IPL for a while after reading some of the reviews on this site, so I scheduled my appointment. It was a beautiful building located in Downtown Santa Rosa near a wonderful neighborhood I would just love to someday live in! My nurses' name was Eve. The office itself is very clean, stylish, inviting with flat screen televisions (about 4), and comforting music. I was taken to one of the offices in the back and cool gel was applied to my face. The entire procedure took about 20min and I was out the door. Both Eve and Misty (front office) were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews I had read earlier,so I expressed my concern and they actually gave me my first treatment for free as a complimentary. I applied this to my second treatment which is scheduled for 1/16/14!!!! Will post pics soon:)

My nurse Eve was amazing, super nice and personable. Entire procedure took 15 minutes and so far just have a little redness, but an see some resurfacing of freckles and skin damage which is great news!! Great place, gave me my first IPL free as complimentary due to some apprehension. So far very happy with procedure and it didn't hurt a bit. Can't wait to see the final results!!! Scheduled for my second one next month:))
