IPL Photofacial Treatment 1 of Perhaps 5 Treatments. Santa Rosa, CA

Hi! I chose Dr. Chernoff & Associates, in Santa Rosa after doing some local research. I have wanted to do an IPL for a while after reading some of the reviews on this site, so I scheduled my appointment. It was a beautiful building located in Downtown Santa Rosa near a wonderful neighborhood I would just love to someday live in! My nurses' name was Eve. The office itself is very clean, stylish, inviting with flat screen televisions (about 4), and comforting music. I was taken to one of the offices in the back and cool gel was applied to my face. The entire procedure took about 20min and I was out the door. Both Eve and Misty (front office) were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews I had read earlier,so I expressed my concern and they actually gave me my first treatment for free as a complimentary. I applied this to my second treatment which is scheduled for 1/16/14!!!! Will post pics soon:)
