7ish Weeks

Hi ladies, sorry I've been pretty absent from here. Work and school have got me insanely busy but I'm happy to reposrt that I'm 1000% satisfied with my new breasts. They're still taking their time with the d&f but I can see the slow progress. Drove the 4 hours to my 6 wk post-op and was fully released for any activity and any bras. Have gotten back to my spin workouts and even went for a 45 minute jog. They still get a little tight feeling after an hr or so of working out but no pain. They're slowly softening also and are feeling like real breasts. (Reminder I got 435cc smooth round highly cohesive Sientra). I've been wanting to get back into light strength training but every time I flex my muscles feel SO weird! Something I'll have to get used to I suppose, may try a yoga class this week to ease into it. As I'm still waiting for full d&f I don't want to get sized until at least 3 months but have bought a couple multi purpose cheaper comfy bras at 36C/34D. One nice surprise-all my clothes still fit! Surprising since I have an extra pound of boob shoved under there. Pictured bra is no-liner wire racer back. One last note for someone considering this surgery, I was planning for 385cc leading up to surgery, then last minute wanted to switch up 30cc bigger, well mod+ doesnmt come in 415 so had to go up to 435cc. SO happy with the size. Haven't once wished I went bigger or smaller. Just adding a little truth to the 'go a little bigger' advice a lot of people on here give. Have a boobilicious week all!

Starting to drop and soften!

It might be my imagination but I think they're finally starting to soften a tiny bit! I've been wearing my bandeau during the day to encourage the girls down. Today it caused some major pain though. Righty is dropping a little, lefty hasn't shown any improvement, except maybe in softness.
They look better when I lift my arms so that's the view you ladies get!

High & Tight!

Hey there, ladies. So I'm almost 1 week post op and feel like I've seen little to no progress so far. Trying to be patient, they looked great directly post-op then seemed to climb up my chest and become cone shaped over the next 24 hrs. I feel like the majority of my implants are sitting above my nipples and they're super hard. I'm hoping they start to soften a little soon. Have been taking one pain pill at night, otherwise extra strength tylenol at 6 hr intervals to combat pressure feeling. So far I've just felt achiness and pressure, I haven't felt any shooting pains so far. Still sleeping upright.

I'm going back to school today and back to work and school tomorrow. With work and school I have a combined driving total of just under 2 hours so wish me luck tomorrow. Doing chemistry and math homework while still recovering is the worst. I'm trying to dress in a way to mask my breasts but whatever I wear I look like I have a massive push-up bra on. Hopefully it's not too obvious!

Thought I've been able to 'go' since getting off my meds Saturday I feel like my bloating has finally gone down today.

I'm thankful to have so many lovely ladies to share this not-so-lovely experience with. I appreciate all your progress pics and updates. Happy healing!
