I've been stalking this site since before my surgery, so I've decidedto go ahead and add my journey so far. I just hit the Big 30 and wanted to embrace my 30's so I decided to get Boobs!!! I was a 36B maybe small C. I have 4 children, did not breast feed. My oldest is 12 my youngest 1. I decided on 600cc. I went back and fourth until a couple days b4 surgery. I initially was shooting for 500cc but after much thought I went with 600cc mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus. Now I'm 1 day shy of 2 weeks op and I'm wishing I wld of went for 650/700... But no biggie I'm loving them anyway:)
The day of surgery I was in pain but nothing intolerable, the pain meds helped! It was hard to sleep because I'm a side sleeper. I was able to sleep on my side last night. That was good!! I've started massaging. My tape on my incision shld be coming off within next cpl days. My dr said at the 2 week mark, so that's tomorrow. I Can't wait for them to drop and fluff!! It seems like they have dropped a little. I'm already seeing a difference:)

I'm loving the new boobs. Haven't got sized yet so I'm wondering what size I am, I'm thinking I'll wait until they drop more. I feel like I'm fully recovered, a little discomfort here and there when I reach high or lift my baby. I started lifting him after 2 weeks I felt fine, I hope I didn't mess anything up. I dnt feel as if I did. I've been massaging a lot!! Seems like they are stiff in the mornings. I do wish I would have went bigger but I'm happy with these for now. I'm starting to diet and trying to loose 10 pounds for summer, I feel huge lol. It's harder for me to loose wait the older I get. Anyway just wanted to post some pics of my progress I feel and see a difference!! :)

They look so great! Hope mine turn out so well! I have been changing my mind between 500-600 and 700. After seeing yours, I think 600 is perfect!

Thank you. I was stuck on 500 for awhile, I changed my mind a couple days before surgery. If I could change my mind again I would get 700!!! Lol. I mean I love my boobs now but I definitely regret not goin bigger:/

I have heard that a lot. How do they compare to the 600 sizers. Did you try them on?

I loved the 545cc sizers UHP but am afraid to go bigger (because they will be under the muscle). The next size would be 610cc and the implant would be wider as well.... (I descrived everything in my profile). I am tall but have a slender look and a quite slim underbust. Do you know your underbust measurment and your breast width before your BA?

Sorry took so long to reply! So I did the rice test and that really didn't help bc they looked huge and kind of scared me lol. And the sizers I tried on at the consultation I thought were big and round. I love how they filled out once I got the surgery!! The sizers made me want to go smaller mc I thought they were huge, but talkin to PPP and hearing everyone say they wish they went bigger made me get 600!!

One Month Post Op
All is good one month post op, feeling good & seeing a big difference one month later:) here some pics ... Oh yea I was sized at VS into a 34DDD. Which seems to fit very comfortable for now!:)

Your boobs are so squishy and flexible. I'm at 4 weeks post op too but my boobs are just starting to feel soft and are no way near as flexible yet. Yours look great and very natural. Love the black bra with the pink bows, where did you get that? I've been searching for bras that have a lower cup coverage.

Thank you! I get my bras at Victoria secret. Have to order some online bc they hardly ever have my size in store!

600 looks perfect on you! I'm so confused. ..I was gonna go 400, but then I was thinking 500 (I'm petite, 5'3" 120lbs), but I don't want them to look ridiculous. ..yours are like exactly what I want mine to look like (I have one of your pics as my wish pics lol), but im small framed and have a short upper body, so idk what to do!

I actually went back and fourth too bc I wanted to go big and thought 600 was big and wld look fake but they actually are perfect, but you have a much smaller frame than I do, so I'm thinking they wld still look good on you just maybe larger boobs. I'm actually trying to loose 10pounds and I think they will stand out even more! I wld go for bigger if I was you! If I cld go back I wld do 700 lol >_
