Went in for my 1 week post op visit today. They took new photos. I also learned how to massage them. Dr Canales said everything was healing perfectly which made me so relieved because I’ve been so careful all week. He recommended that I try pure arnica gel for the tops of the boobs because they were still slightly swollen but otherwise all good. I’ll probably get some from Marin tomorrow at my fav local organic shop called Pharmaca. I had absolutely NO bruising-yay! I’ve honestly just been eating super healthy salads and a ton of water. I have another appt in 2 weeks.

Woke up this morning curious to see how they would look an this old bralette I had never worn from a local shop. This bralette was a S/M size. I couldn’t get the clasp on to it’s not connected in the back but I’m loving how they look so far!

Here’s how the girls are looking 6 days post op. I still think they’re sitting pretty high- just can’t wait to see how they look when they round out more. They’re still pretty firm but like I said before feeling great no pain. I was able to shower and wash my own hair. It felt so good since it was only the 2nd time I’ve bathed since the surgery. I’ll also post a pic from my pre op visit.
