Hi Everyone!
I wanted to start by saying how helpful this site has been in my quest for new breasts!! I really enjoy reading everyone's stories.
I've been lurking on here for about 2 weeks and I'm ready to start my own review!
First I will start with a little bit about me. I breastfed two children who are now 2 and 6. Before I had kids I had fantastic boobs. I was always that skinny girl with natural big boobs. I was a full D/DD when I was 18. Once I had my children they literally disappeared! They are deflated, flat, saggy, sad breasts. I can't even fill out a A or B cup so I wear my 32DD padded bra I wore while breastfeeding to give the illusion of having boobs.. :(
I've been wanting BA for years and now is my time!
Here are my stats;
Height 5'7
Weight: 105/110lbs
Pre Op size: Deflated b cup
I already had my consultation where I tried on silicone implants with the sports bra, the doctor took measurements and we talked a little bit about my goals, and then scheduled my pre op where more detail decisions on size, implants will be made. They also have that program where you can see different sizes on your own body which I am pretty excited about. I left the consultation thinking 375cc would be more than enough on my frame, but after reading reviews I'm thinking I should go 400-420 cc.
My plastic surgeon is Dr. Canales in Santa Rosa, CA. He is the MAN in the Bay Area when it comes to BA. He is expensive, his practice is very high end but he is the best at what he does with nothing but 5 star reviews. I know many people including my own mother who went to him and had great results, so my choosing of a PS was pretty easy :)
Any way that is my somewhat short story of why I'm here. I would love to see some more profiles of people with similar stats as me and their implant sizes. My co workers think I am so thin that I shouldn't go very big at all. I think they are a little too modest. My frame used to fit a D/DD cup and I know I would be unhappy with anything less!
I will post pictures shortly
Any suggestions/advice appreciated!!
Thanks for reading, I cannot contain my excitement.

A tale of tiny tits
Decided I should upload a few *before* pics.
I'm surprised my PS didn't suggest a lift, My boobs naturally sit very low on my chest. I have a long narrow torso, so any CC/implant recommendations are appreciated!!
My pre op is on Friday.. so excited!!

Boobspirations!
Boobs on my mind all the time lately.
I tried to find pictures with people with similar body stats as me to get a good idea on sizing.
Still thinking no less than 400cc.

I would go to your surgeon and ask again. There are some surgeons out there who try to cut costs by filling out breasts with some sag in them with bigger implants. 400cc is pretty big but you would be well advised to look into getting a lift as well and maybe then you can go smaller too (if you want to). Remember that gravity will have more of an effect on bigger boobs, as I'm sure you know from past experience when you were more endowed up there, so there will inevitably wind up being some sag in the long run anyway depending on what size you go for, the level of support you have etc.
I don't know how your finances are on this as adding a lift in there will of course add to the cost, but its something to consider, if not now, then perhaps further down the line.
Another woman I saw on here got implants not long ago and is dealing with some sag, her breasts seem to be much lower than yours and she only went for 300cc though so I don't want to freak you out. Here's the link:

400cc might still fill you out okay though so of course ask ask and ask some more, because your surgeon is the expert and you should trust his advice first and foremost.

Thank you for the feedback! I have my pre op on Friday and will be able to ask more questions and I'll definitely ask why he doesn't believe I need a lift.
