My Transformation Journey - Santa Cruz, Bolivia

Hi, I'm 33 , about to share my body transformation journey with you all. I am generally considered averagely attractive, but with age, I feel I need a refresher! Just like you, i have done my research about vacation makeover, joined every forum. Some true reviews some totally fabricated. There appear to be a juvenile vendetta again each doctor and even county, which I find absurd. It can be frustrating because there is only so much one can do behind the computer. Who is telling the truth and who isn't. Undertaking research till you are blue in the face!

Anyway after endless research, I took the plunge and decided to contact the main plastic surgery tourism company in Bolivia. The one that pops up in every google search. If you've truly done your research then I don't have to mention any names. I asked them for a price quote / package deal for lipo with BBL, rhinoplasty, eye lift +under eye bag removal. Price appeared reasonable even their "cut and paste" responses in their emails wearily began to grow on me.

However, I didn't feel confident in my assigned surgeon. I wasn't too keen on his years of experience. From his credentials, he appeared to have only been practicing for 5years. I asked them for more details about the guy, but they kept ignoring my questions. So.. As any reasonable person would do, I stopped communication with the company. Afterall, it is my body , and I want the best!

Being the adventurous person that i am, I decided that i,d rather do my own consultations, and have a feel for the doctor, their work, and my needs. All to be done on my own terms. I have taken a couple of months off for my transformation. So... Let the adventure begin !


WEEK 1
Today is August 8th , I am currently in Santa Cruz Bolivia, not at a hotel but at a friend's house. Was fortunate and blessed to have met a lovely young lady who welcomed me with opened arms into her home to stay with her. Thank goodness i wouldn't be alone for this process. I have my own large bedroom with all the basic facilities/ amenities. Even internet wifi. Hey, and my Netflix account even works here. Imagine that! Perfect time to catch up on movies / TV series. She speaks little English, but there is nothing google translate on my iPhone hasn't been able to solve. Good thing is I understand more than I can speak, so communication is less of an issue.

She has recommended a few local surgeons , which she and her friend who is a model have used in the past. We went to a consultation today which costs about $20 for the visit. After consulting with 3 others, I have been able to narrow down to two doctor. I'm leaning towards one more than the other because he had loads of pictures of his work, and secondly, his clinic is very modern and appears clean and updated.

The others when i was in the waiting area look like ordinary environment and full of locals seeking cheap plastic surgery. No offence.. I think it's fair that in the beginning stages , I would refrain from naming any doctor's names, until I have undergone my own surgery. That way you can use me as 'guinea pig'. Lol

I told the surgeon about the procedures i wanted done, and he said he could definitely do it. I was given a total price quote of $5600 for Rhinoplasty, lower blepharosplasty, brow lift, Brazilian butt lift with fat grafting to hips area only. (I already have a nice round butt).
He gave me a date of August 16th and a list of tests to be done before then.

Though My friend told me that his quote was a bit pricier than others. I wasn't complaining. I told her that I'm more concerned about the quality of the work than price. Especially being here in Bolivia is already cheap for plastic surgery, compared to the US or UK.

I love the city of santa cruz so far, its not USA standards but its got its charms. Think Mexico city or Lagos vibe. My friend's house is centrally located. That way, if she isn't around I can walk to the stores, restaurants and my appointments. Food is cheap too, and so is taxi.

So , I've gotten an the procedures done. I'm just waiting for the heeling Process. It's Day 11 post opp. I'm liking what I see so far.

You can tell I'm really a not that heavy. Im 120 to 125 lbs . In fact I had to gain all that weight around my stomach. Took a couple of months. I was very difficult as I have ver high metabolism. I wanted a to have hips. Nothing crazy.
