62 Y/o Woman , Gave Birth to Two 9lb Babies.Had Back Surgery for Benign Tumor in my Spine Resulting in Nerve Damage to Bladder

Had back surgery for benign tumor resulting in nerve damage to bladder and bowel.
Was extremely difficult to urinate and to completely empty my bladder.From excessive pushing to urinate and having big babies I developed prolapse of uterus , cystocele and rectocele and advised more surgery .
Sexually could feel very little due to laxity.
Also had incontinence of urine and stool.
