35 Year Old, Struggled with Large Breasts - Santa Barbara, CA

I have struggled with my breasts for the last 20 years. It was self-confidence issue as well as a hinderance to being able to be as physically active as I wanted to be. I am so glad I made the decision to get a breast reduction and lipo.

The consultations and day of surgery were really straight-forward and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. Since this was my first surgery I didn't know what to expect at all but Dr. Lowenstein and staff were very open and honest about expectations and the procedure.

Everything went as smoothly as can be expected. I experienced mild nausea after the surgery from the anesthesia but not much pain. The pain was minimal for the first few days but I was very out of it because of the pain meds. The lipo on the sides is where I experienced the most pain but that only lasted for a couple of weeks. I was able to get off the pain meds after day two and started taking tylenol for the pain.

I'm on week two of recovery and I'm doing great. Every now and then I get a little pang here and there but nothing major. I'm also able to sleep almost fully on one side.

I am so glad I made the decision to get this done and to go with Dr. Lowenstein.
