Well, it turns out due to my 9cm diameter I don't have that many implant choices (which is great), but am considering the 200cc UHP, 9cm diameter, 4.1 Projection. I read one other review on RealSelf that had these implants (and same diameter as me) and they ended up bottoming out and she then went in to correct and got 150cc Mod +. I'm nervous about being too big, her bra size with 200cc is a C which is way bigger than what I was wanting, not sure what other choices I have. Excited, but nervous like everyone else was/is.

9cm diameter is petite! Glad you and your doctor are considering all these important details. Feel free to share a picture (even in clothing) so the community can get a better idea of your dilemma and provide you with feedback. Also, you can join the August 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum to see how others like yourself are preparing for their surgery. Keep us posted!

You may have mentioned it, but maybe I missed it.. did your de do a dual plane? Or like half under half over? What was your placement? I really think I want over the muscle.. but not sure :) thanks! And your pix look great. I'm going for a very small natural look.. I'd like a full B :)

Hey there! Mine was under the muscle, yes dual plane (can't really do it any other way if you're going under the muscle - because they cut the bottom of your peck muscle away from your rib cage and then when they insert the implant underneath it makes the "flap" of the muscle stick out and there's not enough muscle there to completely cover the implant - hence dual plane - which is something I learned from my Dr.). I really liked the pictures for those that went over the muscle but honestly mine are so squishy and natural looking now and I had very little breast tissue, I'm glad I did what I did. So I just bought an underwire bra from Victoria's Secret and I measured at 32D. But I also wear 34C comfortably of other styles so it all depends. Good luck!

Surgery Day - Tuesday, August 2, 2016

Check-In at 930am, I think left around 1pm to go home. Took a nap when I got home. Woke up around 3-ish, answered some work emails. Was pretty dizzy and out of it most of the day. Took 800mg of ibuprofen around 5pm and another one around 1030pm before bed. Slept in our massage chair so I wouldn't be shifting around and was propped up. No pain really, just feels like I did 100 push ups. But I also went climbing on Monday morning so I can't tell if I'm sore from that or from the surgery. Haha. Dr. Fryer called to check on me, he's so sweet.
