Surgery results are amazing and the overall experience was very good. I have already recommended this doctor to two of my friends and both are very happy with the results. He listens to what you want and doesn't over do anything. He keeps expectations realistic and follow up is amazing. He even gives you his cell phone in case you can't reach the office, I text him a question and got an answer within mins. Would recommend to anyone wanting great results.

Overall I am so happy with the results of my surgery and the entire process was very smooth. Surgery was set to last 1.5 hr and took an hour. Recovery was tough the first couple of days but rapidly got easier. If you want amazing results go see dr parhiscar

Decided to go with 600cc high profile mentor implants placed under the muscle. Starting out with a small B cup, hoping to end up a D or DD. I will post after surgery to talk more about the experience. I am going to dr. Afshin Parhiscar in San Ramon, Ca. His office is laid back and Melinda the coordinator is great. I have a friend who just had revision rhino with him and loves the results.
