I never grew breasts. I was so flat chested, I did not even fit into an A-Cup bra size. My life was riddled with insecurity - especially while in the gym at High School, with boyfriends, etc. At age 34-years (now age 53) Dr. Kevin Ciresi performed my 1st breast augmentation on March 13, 1996, in San Ramon, CA. September 20, 1996, I relocated to New York City. Wednesday, March 19th at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, I noticed in the mirror that my right breast was flat! Within 15-minutes of my sending Dr. Kevin Ciresi an email, he called my home in New York City at 5:15 a.m. Pacific time to tell me that I would be fine, it's just water, I'll have to pee a lot and much to my gratitude Dr. Kevin Ciresi cleared a.m. Friday, March 21, 2003, calendar, so I that I may get both breasts re-augmented to a larger size C cup. I flew in from New York City specifically to have Dr. Kevin Ciresi perform my 2nd Breast Augmentation. I was able to work from my Mother's home and after a week, I was able to return to New York City and my office. This last July 2015 - 12-years later, I flew to California from the East Coast to meet with Dr. Kevin Ciresi at the Fresno, CA location to discuss whether I should be pro-active and have my breasts re:augmented, or wait until another saline leak. Dr. Ciresi gave my breasts a look over, examined whether or not there was sagging, and candidly stated, "No reason to fix what isn't broken." He reassured me that my breasts were indeed still in fine shape with minimal dropping - actually into a natural tear drop shape and to come see him in 2-years and have them re:augmented then if not necessary before 2-years. While I have continued to reside on the East Coast since 1996, and am now age 53, I would never go to any other Plastic Surgeon than Dr. Kevin Ciresi. He truly is a 'Michaelangelo' when it comes to creating beauty in any facet of Plastic Surgery, but even more, there is no one I trust more, nor has better communication before, during, after, and here we are, 19-years later - Dr. Kevin Ciresi has my complete trust, admiration, and gratitude for his candor and communication skills. There is no other Plastic Surgeon that I could possible ever replace that trust that I have in Dr. Kevin Ciresi. And come 2-years or earlier from now, I will fly out from the East Coast to have my Breast Augmentation redone by Dr. Kevin Ciresi.

Thank you. I am glad that you found my experience helpful. I can honestly say, you are in good hands. A truly compassionate surgeon whose passion is to help people feel better about themselves. While the 1st procedure was painful - I would go through that pain over and over and over again because of how much it helped me feel 'complete' and no longer insecure, no more padded bras, no more hiding in the dark - no more embarrassing moments at the gym. I can honestly tell you - Dr. Kevin Ciresi is an amazing surgeon. He has done many surgeries in 3rd world countries for children born with facial imperfections - all volunteer - giving to those that could never afford a surgeon like that of Dr. Kevin Ciresi. Dr. Kevin Ciresi is truly a compassionate human being and genuinely cares about every single person that walks through his doors. And here we are, 19-years, 5-months later. Oh Michelle,thank you so much for making me feel so much better. It took a long time(1year) for me to decide on where and who to go to . I too have been so self conscious and embarrassed by my breasts for at least 20+ years and after 100 lb. weight loss I believe I deserve this for myself. I've been told that I look fine & don't need this and it costs too much money. But they don't live in this body. I want to feel complete and sexy finally in my late 40's. You have helped reasure me I am trusting the right Dr. with my body.

Dear Betty - you are more than welcome. I did the surgery for ME. Not for anyone else. I had a boyfriend at the time who said that I was fine the way that I was, but you're right - 'they' don't live in our body or mind or understand how 'we' feel about ourselves. I actually selected his birthday, March 13th to have my surgery date - sort of a dig ;) I paid for the procedure with my own money. My Mother tried to guilt me, "What would your Grandmother think!" So, I called my Grandmother (my Mother's Mother) and she said, "Oh honey, I had little breasts all my life and if they had breast augmentation available in my day, I would have done the same thing as you honey." My Mother was actually angry with me that I was not 'pleased' with the body she birthed me with. So angry was she, I had to hire someone to care for me since I went through the armpits for my 1st procedure. 2nd procedure Dr. Kevin Ciresi went through a very small slice underneath, shall we say 'My Silver Dollar’s' for lack of a better term. The same people that told me I did not need to have a breast augmentation, also told me, "Ah, you don't want to move to New York City." Those are 'Nay Sayers Betty. They do know our inner selves. While I was born and raised in Northern California, and all of my family is there, I always felt there was more out there for me, so I followed my dream. Now, New York City has a vice grip on my heart and my husband is 15-years younger than me. We've been wed for 5-years as of March 30, 2015. So go with YOUR heart, YOUR desires. YOU DESERVE IT BETTY! And I say with truth in my heart and truth in my experience, you could not have found a better, more competent, nor more compassionate Surgeon than Dr. Kevin Ciresi.
