I'm getting a boob job because I can. And if you're reading this wanting the same, yay us!
I'm an Asian 30 year old with no kids, 5 feet tall, petite, around 110 pounds, and am currently a 34A desiring full C cups / small D cups.
I went to one consultation and was impressed with the first surgeon I met with and booked my surgery shortly after my meeting with him.
Initially we discussed 300 ccs to round out my breasts, but I wanted to go a bit bigger. I tried on 350cc and 400cc. Based on the two, I felt that somewhere inbetween would be best. Unfortunately, my surgeon did not have a 375cc implant available to try on, so it was just a guess based on the difference between the two I did try on.
I went to my pre-op and decided on 375cc, mentor silicone, high profile, under the muscle. Being the type of indecisive gal I am, a few days after my pre-op, I was worried about the size and requested a follow-up appointment to try on the sizers again. I'm debating between 350cc and 375cc. The difference is small, but with such a procedure I'm about to go through, I just want to make sure I do it right the first time around so I can be fully happy with the outcome and not have regrets about the size.
My surgery is exactly one week from today. I can't believe it's happening. I'll keep y'all posted.

Good Luck! The first time I had mine done I was 30 at 5’1 95 pounds size 30 A to small B and I went with 370 saline which later I filled to 400 b/c I wanted them bigger. In those days they didn’t have the narrower ULP. I think if you want a C 350 would be good but if you’re leaning towards a big C or more cleavage go for 375. I think they have 365 too. I’ll watch your progress and happy thoughts!

So can I have my doctor add more cc to my implants now even though they are already in

Only saline can they overfill once they are in within a couple months. Silicone are already pre filled. I was just saying I was Very petite person and 350 to 400 was a D and I was happy with size.

I know but I’m like you and didn’t get what I was told could be done and now need to go bigger so what did it cost to do again?

That was a long time ago (20 years)but I essentially got what I wanted but they started to drop and he did an internal pocket repair and a little lipo, so he didn’t charge me for the additional fill. another procedure done with him so he threw it in, no charge. This last time I really did my homework and got a terrific doctor. Dr. Tom Pousti

I’m not sure. It’s something your surgeon would know.

Thanks! I got my surgery done last Friday and I think their size will be good! :)

Hey! Huge decision. My PS asked me if i came out would i rather be too small or too big? I hated wearing bras and padding so i thought too big than too small because i was also worried about boob greed. Im one of the few who actually wishes i went thoae 30cc smaller because i didnt realize no matter what they will be much bigger than before and i really still wouldnt need to wear pushup.. i have a long way to go before they drop so i think itll be okay in the end. If youre 100% okay with them being too big in the end, then id definitely go with the larger size.

How far along are you post op? I had my surgery last Friday and ended up going with 350cc. I figure I’d be fine being smaller than bigger because any implant would be an enhancement already. My surgeon also said 25cc wouldn’t be a noticeable difference anyway.

Im 7 weeks now! (Going to do an update today). My surgeon said both 30 cc is nothing but then he also said it may be more noticeable since im small. How are you feeling with them now?

I rely on painkillers to get me through the day but they also make me sleepy so I’ve been sleeping on and off the past few days since surgery. On what day did you find yourself okay with being off of meds?
April 9, 2018
I dont like taking medication so i went off really early.. although i switched from a painkiller to a inflammation reducer and found that helped me so much more. It was discomfort from pressure for me more than pain. I didnt even go a week on meds honestly.

Before photos, 4 days until surgery

My surgery is in four days. I’ve included some photos of me pre-op to show how I look like before my implants.

Tomorrow morning I am meeting with my surgeon again to try on sizers. I had a pre-op appointment a few weeks ago but I thought to meet with him again just to re-evaluate my decision just in case.

Right now my surgeon has me down for 375cc high profile; however I’m worried that they will look oddly larger than I’d like them to be and/or oddly circular and pointy than I’d like them to be. After browsing other reviews on RealSelf, I’m thinking of 350cc moderate plus. I also want to ask about evening out my boobs as the left one is slightly larger than the right one. I’ll consult my surgeon and update you guys tomorrow or so as to what my final-final number and profile will be!

UPDATED FROM herbastory
2 days pre

Chose to go with 350cc hp

Today I had a follow up pre-op appointment to again finalize the size I’d be going with.
I tried on 300cc M+, 350cc M+, 371M+, and 400CC HP. The office did not have 375cc sizers as the difference between 350 and 375 is small and sizers mostly come in increments of 50.
I was surprised to see that I felt 400 was too big. I felt it made me look chubby. 300 was too small. 350 was better. Originally I selected 375 hp but changed it to 350 for peace of mind despite their similarity in projection and width.
So yep, 350cc high profile, silicone, under the muscle, incision at the boob crease.
Surgery is in two days. Yikes! Been making sure to get my exercise in since I know I’ll be limits in movement the next several days following my operation.

Don't get too hung up on the bra size I wanted a C and that is not what I got! I am 5ft 8inches and a size 10-12 (UK) I had surgery with HP 350 mentor anatomical implants placed under on 11th Jan 18.To be fair I said to my surgeon that I did not want to be any larger than my largest padded bra, as I didn't want everyone to know and still wanted to fit into my UK size 10-12 clothes. I have just got to the 12 week mark and been to 2 specialist bra fitters and both assessed me as a 32 E in an underwired and 34 D in a sports bra. I completely underestimated the challenges of the immediate post op period and I can only advise you listen to your body. Your chest will feel very tight if you have well toned pecs like I did and tender! I used Macom surgical bras. A V shaped pillow for sleeping is really helpful at keeping you propped up. I had to sleep on an incline for 4-5 weeks otherwise my morning swelling was worse and I found that to be the lesser of 2 evils. Use pain relief when you need too. Follow all your post op advice as it is not worth risking putting your recovery back or risking your new expensive assets! I was not allowed to even do gentle walking or cycling in the gym until 3 weeks post op after I had seen my consultant and didn't return to strenous activity until 6 weeks. I really hope your surgery goes well.

Thanks so much for your input. I’m not sure what bra size I am yet but what I wanted was a ballpark so to speak. I’ll know in a few months I suppose but so far I’m pleased that they aren’t shock factor humongous as I was afraid they were going to be when I woke up from surgery.
