24 Year Old, 5'5", 140 Lbs

I have wanted to get breast implants since I was a teenager. I know I am still very young now but it still feels like I have been waiting to do this forever. I finally made the jump and found a doctor and scheduled my surgery for October 10th. I have informed my family and got the reaction I expected. My sister was very supportive and my mom has reasonable concerns. I appreciate her questions but am looking for more support for her. I met with my doctor and we decided on 450cc high profile implants but I am worried that is too big but I still cannot wait!

I have finally scheduled my surgery day and final consult wit my mom one week before surgery. My mom is definitely more on board and supportive. I am excited for her to meet my surgeon and help me finalize the size I want. I am definite doing a silicone under muscle option no I originally picked 450cc but I think 375cc-400cc would be better for me. I have almost no natural breast tissue so anything will be a significant change so I will rely on my mothers opinion for the final decision.

Just a little over three weeks until my surgery (FINALLY) and I am so excited! I just need to iron everything out at work. I am thinking about taking about five days off just to be safe but I am nervous to tell my boss. Wish me luck!
