Hang in there! It gets much better after the first week. Stay on top of your pain meds. My doc gave me a Rx for Valium and it was a godsend for helping with sleep and muscle tension. Ask your doc for a Rx if you don't have one currently.

I just did mine too. 390 cc. My doc took nipples off. Yours look good. Mine looks good too just hurt like hell.
Congratulations on your new look. I got mine on April 28th. I got 560cc over filled to 600cc. I'm still in a lot of pain also. My breasts are numb, but the pain I feel is from my stretched muscles. When I go to my postop next week I'm going to ask for muscle relaxers. Although I'm in pain I feel that each day that passes it gets less intense.
How are you doing today? I'm considering Dr. Parhiscar for my surgery and your recommendation would mean a lot. I hope you're happy with your results?

400cc high profile smooth mentor under the muscle. Im not sure how to feel i underestimated the pain by a long shot. I had my surgery 23 hours ago. But i took some pictures a couple hours after. I cant sleep hence why im writing this at 4am. My incision are burning and im stuck in this one position on my back...HOWEVER looking down at my boobs they look beautiful and im happy to know this pain will eventually go away. My doc said one boob was lower than the other which he corrected the fold. Ill keep updating with pics
