1 Week Update, Feeling better, with some numbness
$5,300
Hi Everyone,
This week has been up and down, but good. Getting used to looking different and swimming in t-shirts that use to be tight on me, is mind blowing but I'm fine.
My scars are looking better and i still have feeling in my nipples. They are actually more sensitive, which is good, but I have numbness on the side of my breast and i'm hoping that feeling come back as I heal.
My breast are itchy and painful still, especially when i wake up in the morning. I massage my breast with 100% shea butter every morning after washing my breasts with Dial anti-bacterial soap. I learned this from another RealSelf member where she stated that it helps with the itchiness and pain.
I'll make another update after my post op appt on Thursday, with pictures and more info. To anyone that hasn't decided to do this procedure yet and it browsing other memeber reviews, you are doing the right thing by researching and asking about all the things that happen when you get surgery. I'm very happy with my procedure and I love the fact that my neck and back feel lighter. Keep doing your research till you finally decide that this is the right thing for you. If you have any questions for me about my particular experience, don't hesitate. If i can help another woman that is in the situation that I was in with large breast, then i know I was put here for a reason
Good Luck everyone

My little itty bitty titties. I'm happy with them
So now its been 2 days since the surgery and I will say I miss the little morphine machine because when I wake up the pain is so bad, the vicodin didn't kick in for an hour. The constipation is so bad, I feel like I gained weight, but nothing some laxatives can't fix.
The wounds look good and I think I'm on the right track of healing. More updates coming soon

Yes, I was surprised too. I was able to lift my arms up by day 2. The have me hydrocodone/APAP 5/325mg. The down side from taking the pills was constipation, and indigestion, and the shakes after about 3 hours.
