I'm 25--had small boobs all my life and decided to go for it. Went into surgery 5' 3'', 110 lbs and added 335 CCs. Had done a lot of research and decided going under the breast was the best decision for me. Now 9 days into recovery, and I have been having a really difficult time. Seems like my doctor really undersold recovery--I haven't been able to drive, been feeling nauseous, constant pain, can't lift my arms, had allergic reaction to pain meds making me itchy, all while feeling incredibly emotional and lonely. When I got out of my surgery I felt like maybe they were too far apart and maybe they were too small. I also noticed my right breast looked a little beat up where the stitches were more than the left breast. A few days into it, I felt more comfortable with my size and how far apart they are although I wish they were closer. Lately, I have been having shooting pains in my left breast, and now that I have finally taken a look at them am realizing my right breast is kind of off to one side. Although, to begin with my right nipple was always off a little bit but aren't good doctors supposed to be able to correct for that? I just don't know how to feel about the whole thing.

Now it looks that I can stand it more although it keeps being very uncomfortable.
I'm just worried about the shape of my breasts right now. They look like torpedoes and the implants are almost to my collarbone.
Many doctors on this website told me to hang on because they will drop eventually.
Yours look so much better than mine so don't worry about the pain. It should go away soon.
Best wishes!
This is my 4th week after BA and I'm still somewhat a cripple. I can only lay down on my left side without pain on my cleavage or my armpits. I had 450cc unders. The implants are still very high maybe that's the reason for the pain still.
I just had mine done a few days ago and I completely empathize with you! I was feeling a lot loopier than I expected. Groggy, unable to focus, and having a lot of difficulty getting myself out of bed.
I found that movement helps me tremendously. You mentioned that you can't lift your arms. My doctor recommended I lift my arms in a very slow jumping jack motion ten times every hour. Maybe you could try lifting your arms very slowly even just a little every hour. Also, taking deep breaths has helped me with the tightness.
Remember that the end justifies the means and the hardest part is over! Also, you're not alone. We're all here to support and encourage you. :)
