25 Years Old Had Twins Want 600cc Boobs and Lipo and Fat Trans to Butt

Hi. I'm glad I found your post. I feel that my current boobs are somewhat similar to your before boobs. I'm 26 and I'm 4'11'' I'm also a 34B and so far I have been to 2 consultations for a BA. Each doctor gave me opposite suggestions. So now I'm really stuck and confused on which option I should better continue. But next week I have an appointment with another PS to talk about BA and a fat transfer to the butt. I'm excited but nervous to make the wrong decision and hate my boobs afterwards. I've always been a B cup but after breastfeeding my daughter I'm a small deflated sad B cup! I don't want any big noticeable scars so I'm not considering a lift just yet maybe after I'm done having kids... anyways goodnight luck with your surgery I'm sure your going too look great!!!

Hello. I also was 34b 5'4 150 lb. Just had my surgery 9 days ago. I got 600cc silicone under the muscle through aerola. And they look and feel great. I do have to say when i tried on the sizers i thought 600 was going to be huge. But there not. They are just perfect. And they say as they drop they will look bigger.

Hi there , I went to 5 ps consultations. Each ps gave me some information that was consistent, but three of them were very different with their incision techniques, only two gave me the same implant size, and two were all pro textured silicone implants, the other three TOTALLY against and they all gave me their reasoning for each. I had to pay $150 each for one of the 5 consults, but don't regret it at all. I considered part of the "investment" into my body to ensure I made the wisest decision. The fat transfers are extremely popular. I asked about those also. They look great. The negatives which made me decide to not go with the fat transfer are these three: 1) you can only go up by approx. 1/2 to 1 cup size or at least that is what 2 of the ps stated, 2) the final results may not be a smooth appearance after settling due to the lack of control on how the fat cells will pocket themselves as read in a couple of articles somewhere online, 3) there was an article I read at some point that stated something to the effect that the transfer of fat from one part of the body to another, has not been proven to cause cancer, however, the question of whether there is an effect on existing cancer cells with the transfer of them into another part of the body requires more studies. I can't recall where I read this online but it made my mind up right there not to go for it. I was thinking of doing it from my tummy to my breasts at the time since I didn't want scarring either. Not asking for too much huh? Lol. With the amount of breast cancer these days, I decided that wasn't for me. I just had breast implants done with cohesive gel implants(not textured) and feel comfortable with my decision. My tummy area I had treated with cool sculpting a couple of weeks before the implant surgery. Still waiting to see the results on that and it isn't cheap if it doesn't work :(. Hoping this helps....even if you can ask the ps more questions! I would definitely go for another couple of consults, especially since you are getting opposing suggestions. You are doing the right thing questioning and need to not kick yourself later. I think you will do well with whatever you decide! Take care!

I just had my 30 year old 400 cc removed 3 days ago. Would of left well enough alone but got some weird infection after all this time and would not clear so had no choice. My first implants were 325 silicone and at the time I had wished I had gone bigger. Then I had a second surgery 400 cc saline. At the time I was 5 9 150lbs and no one new I had implants. I looked very balanced . I worked in the o r in plastics. I will tell you 50 cc at this size will not be much of a difference. You may love the hugeness at your young age as I did when I was 29. But at 59 they were too big for me. Do you want to look balanced or very booby. Please think.... How will I feel when I'm 30 40 50 etc with these large breast . these are things the dr's don't discuss. You are adorable and petite and my personal suggestion would be go smaller if you want to look natural and no one know. All this is a personal decision just think what is the image I am trying to project. The down side of extremely large implants are they strength the natural breast tissue and most likely will be droopy over the years which could mean more surgery. The goal for any woman having this surgery is to try and just do it once and not cause unessary trauma to your natural tissue by more surgery or excessive stretching. I too had lipo back in the day. And was great no regrets. Just gave me a better shape. Fat transfer are great but you need to know your body will absorb back a portion of it. 30 plus years ago this was all free for me from my bosses. I am very very pro surgery and seen it all. Now my new journey begins. Large boobs at 29 are much different than at 59. Will I get a lift. Will I reimplant. Those boobs at 29 me being young hot single were like power at 59 they are overrated and just boobs to me. They fed my child and have lost their visual meaning. Sorry I wrote you a book. If you have a good dr you will be in good hand. Your cute as you are now and will just be a different cute after. Much luck.
