I absolutely LOVE my new body. Before my surgery I was a 34B (small), but i've worked out my entire life and was relatively muscular on top which made my chest appear smaller than it probably was. I am 5'3" and about 120lbs. I received 415cc high profile round silicon implants in March 2016 and it completely transformed my body and my confidence. I am now a 32DD but it doesn't look or feel like I am as large as that sounds. Being small chested I did a good job hiding how small my chest was with padded pushup bras, but post surgery many people don't even realize I had them done (in a good way). My clothes fit better and it completely changed my confidence. My surgery site was through my armpits which left me with no scars whatsoever on my breasts. I barely have any scars under my armpits either. They are slowly starting to fade and are blending with the natural lines of my armpit. My recovery was about one week until I could do anything. I do not have a desk job so I was completely out of work for an entire week and basically needed help with everything. After my one week follow up the doctor took out the sutures in my armpits and taught me how to massage them. After that first session of massaging I felt SO much better. I will recommend that anyone having an augmentation MASSAGE MASSAGE MASSAGE! I massed them three times per day for about 3 months. They feel so natural and look natural too!

I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Lepore. He and his staff was amazing from the first moment I met them, through all my follow up appointments, through surgery, and all of my post surgery appointments. I consulted with three doctors and I knew Dr. Lepore was the one. He actually listened to what I wanted and gave his honest opinions about the sizes and incision sites based on my concerns and look I wanted to achieve. He showed absolutely no bias towards a size preferences or surgical incision preference like a the other doctors I consulted with. He was extremely professional and by far the most genuine (as a surgeon and as a person in general). Still can't speak enough about how much I loved Dr. Lepore, his staff, and most of all, HIS WORK!
