WORTH IT$8,200
Two days before surgery:
I was give anti bacterial scrub sponges like the ones doctors use to scrub in for surgery. I had to wash my torso two nights in a row.
The night before surgery:
Washed with another antibacterial scrub and apples no moisturizer or deodorant per instructions.
I took 2 Celebrex and one Valium before bed.
Day of Surgery:
I took an 1 Emend ($115) pill for nausea 2 hours before surgery. When I arrived around 10:30am the nurses checked me in and took my vitals. I got into my gown, socks and undies. The bed had a nice heated blanket. Next she did my IV and administered antibiotics.
Now it was time to chill out and let the drug circulate. Lots of social media and texting.
During my wait the anesthesiologist who called the night before came in to explain how the gas and med will knock me out. After him was the PS came in to check on me plus mark my breasts and nerves.
They walked me into the surgery suite and I climbed onto the table. They knock me out and I woke up about 45 mins later. My surgery went well and I am very happy with my size choice. After waking up I was lucid and mobile within a matter of minutes. He numbed the muscles up very well during surgery so I did not experience any pain upon waking. They discharged me around 1:30pm and wheeled me down to the car.
For my ride home I brought root beer to get my blood sugar up quickly and crackers so I could take 2 hydrocodone tablets.
I rested and watched tv most of the day. The doctor called around 9pm to check on me and make sure I could lift my hands over my head and touch my hands behind my back. I have always be super flexible and hyper mobile so both stretches are easy peasy.
The hardest thing to do is engage my trapezius muscles when pushing downward. Can't even pump the soap dispenser.
My breast are very firm like when milk comes in for the first time after giving birth.

I slept well and can now slither out of bed on my own. I can dress myself but it's much easier with help.
My breasts are a bit swollen upon waking like when you need to pump milk after your baby sleeps through the night and they become engorged. This went down quickly once I gout up and moving around.
I bare lift anything and that's ok because I don't want to over do it.
Tomorrow is my first post op check up. Then I get to take the take off my breasts and see how the nipples line up.

End of the day
I can lift my hands over my head with ease no finally sit up on my own. I was also able to get dress by myself.
I guess the yoga and Pilates helped keep my pectoral muscles stretchy so the pain is minimal.
I feel very sexy in a t-shirt now!

1st PO appointment
Appointment went well. I was finally able to see my breasts without the bandages. My left has always been a bit higher than the right breast so everything is looking pretty normal.
They added a 3rd exercise of pushing the bottom of the breast and holding for 10secs.
