I could of used a lift but I did not want a big scar ! I also did not want them to sit super high I don't mind them sitting low it appears more natural to me. Overtime if I have to go back for a lift that's fine as well. Right now I'm super happy ! I decided to fill them up with 475 cc silicone smooth moderate implants.

I'm so glad I read your review it gives me hope. I'm close to the Bay Area and I have already gone to 2 consultations.both doctors suggested I get a lift otherwise I would not be happy with results they said . It was very discouraging because I don't want the scar and like you I don't want them too high up. I just want them fuller yet natural looking.im currently a B cup and would like to be a full C. I was actually thinking of scheduling an appointment with dr pham! Hope you post more pictures!!

Everyone will suggest you get a lift because it will last you longer. But if you really just want to fill them back up and don't mind them being back perky do what's in your heart! I watched and researched so many pics and videos of women who didn't get the lift vs women who did and I loved the breasts without the lift and juSt a bigger implant i thought it looked beautiful. Dr Pham was awesome I'm so glad I went to him! Give him a call

Get a lift, I regret not getting one. After the implant settles you'll have a bigger and boob that sags. Check my profile, the looked beautiful for the first few weeks, once they implant drops it looks bad.

I did the same thing as you, be prepared for them to fall (sag) more after 6-8 weeks. Now I wish I would have had a lift. Once all the swelling is gone and the implant drops it'll sag like it did before but just looks bigger. I was so in loved with my breasts for the first 4 weeks and not I hate them.

If you don't mind what are your weight and height stats my PS wants me to get a lift I really don't want to and I love your results they look bomb!!

I'm 5'1 and 125 lbs. everyone wanted me to get a lift. But I'm a dancer and can't have that huge scar. And besides u can always go back and get the lift later if u decide different

I am still in love with my new twins! I'm interested to see what they will look like when the swelling goes down and the implant settles. Pain isn't really there anymore it's more so just I'm really uncomfortable. And being limited to such normal activities is hard. But I'm just trying to relax watch a ton of movies and eat healthy and drink tons of water ! I'm currently not on any pain meds! Dr Pham gave me oxycodone which I turned out to be allergic too it gave me terrible hives. But again pain isn't bad
