35 Years Old, 2 Kids. Abdominoplasty, Flank, and Liposuction - San Jose, CA

Dr. Lepore seems very good doctor and I think that he is. I had no complications at all. But I'm very unhappy with the results. I had a full abdominoplasty, flank, and liposuction. In my first visit I asked him in my words "are you sure you are going to take off all of this fat" he smile and very kind he said "yes you will looks beautiful" I m 5'4 and 120 pounds . Im not heavy but I do not like my abdomen after my babies my skin was loose and rolls of fat. ( the fat steal there) I was told in my last visit that if I want to have this fat remove I have to pay $1800 for second liposuction. How can that be possible?. I just paid him to have that fat removed. At that moment I was 5 months after the surgery. He suggested me to wait 1 more month for the second liposuction. The day of my surgery he had a surgery another patient before me maybe he was already tire but why I have to pay two times for the same procedure.
