Almost four weeks.

Back to work today, will update on everyones response. I bought a pair of glasses without prescription to see if it distracts from my face. Hopefully all goes well.

Day 13 Post OP
My surgery went well and Dr. Marten was for the second time remarkable. I am grateful to that I took pictures the day after surgery without too much swelling as the way I look today is scary. The swelling which everyone of us that has had surgery with Dr. Marten knows is pretty tough. I look weird right now but I did the last time too. I had a FL. neck lift, upper lip lift, lower eye chemical peel, upper bleh, minimal fat grafting, and a lateral brow lift. Trying to be patient as I know the results will be astounding.... Dr. Marten was so kind to me as well as Helen, Lynda, Dr. King. They treated me like family. I wish I lived closer so i can see them more often. However, Long Island is a pretty long distance. I won't be posting pictures due to inappropriate, hostile , behavior of some others. However, I will be posting updates so those of you who go to Dr. Marten will have the patience to endure the recovery....

Great to hear that! You are brave to have so much done at once. I'm only having a neck lift and am so nervous. But it's probably nice to get it all done and over with so you can enjoy the results.
Great to see your update! Hope you feel better soon. Very interested in hearing more about the surgery and recovery. Do people notice anything wrong or at this point are you able to cover up OK with makeup & hair brush off any concerns/comments from people with excuses like allergies or sinus infection or dental surgery etc?
its weird I think strangers have all different kinds of reactions. I wear sunglasses if I go out. One woman at the airport asked me " If I was sick." However, it is expected as Dr. Martens surgery is deep tissue and lots of swelling. I have two more weeks to go back to work and hoping it gets better by then.

Upcoming surgery
Getting to be that time.... the 19th of July. I will be flying out to San Fransisco from New York for my second FL procedure. I definitely feel more nervous this time as I am 12 years older and know the recovery is pretty tough. Yikes its getting there!!!

HONESTLY IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU, JUST LOOKING ,THAT RUIN IT FOR THOSE OF US THAT WOULD LOVE TO POST OUR PICTURES AND EXPERIENCES . Pookey, don't worry about justlooking she's been harrassing everyone who had a good experience with Dr Marten.
mary457 look who's talking. You should marty decide when and what you had done with this doctor. I read you evil words you wrote to someone who had a bad outcome.
What evil words? Can you please copy and paste them here? I have not written any "evil words" and I'm reporting you to realself for false accusations.
