Finally Did It! 440 Cc's - San Francisco, CA

Concerns

WORTH IT$6,105
It's been 8 months and my new breast are pretty much settled in. I have some concerns. I have noticed in the last week that when lay down my left breast shifts apart from the center. Is that normal? Has anyone else noticed that after their girls settle in?

Dr. Jonathan Kaplan and his staff were great from start to finish. Very straight forward and informed of everything that was happening or going to happen. I got to the office checked in. The exam room was ready with a small space heater , gown and socks. Emily made sure I was comfortable. took my temperature and checked my blood pressure. Dr. Kaplan came in greeted me and went over everything we agreed on in our previous conversation in the consultation and emails. Then Dr. Rodriguez came in and introduced himself . He was warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Before I knew it I was being brought into the operation room. Dr.Rodriquez and Emily were getting me ready to knock me out. I think I answered three question and I was out. Woke up and it was over. I did it. 440 cc's sientra high profile smooth round base .

I experience that when laying on my back, it's normal as even large real breasts do this when laying down. So, it's a good sign... the new girls are settled & hanging naturally! Who wants hard fake bobs that don't move, ya know?

4 months went by so fast

I finally went to get measured at Victoria secret. My new measurements are 32DDD or 34 DD in some bras. I wasn't sure sure about the size so I figured at least a 34D. Holy [RS bleep]. Finding bras have been a challenge. I've most comfortable in small sport bras. Still haven't found a great bra.

Weight loss

Here's a photo of me when I was 7 months pregnant . I was over 200 lbs. I gained 24 more pounds before I gave birth. Gaining a total of 90 lbs. I've managed to lose it all plus another 10 lbs. Due to all that weight my body's skin was stretched out. I guess I'm pretty lucky. My breast and tummy were the only areas that didn't bounce back with excercise . Now that I had my breast augmentation my body looks way better. The picture here is before my BA.
