At the first visit, Dr.Ransom injected too much restylane on my tear ditch, made two bumps under my eyes. The bumps were too big so I have to dissolve them with Hyaluronidase, but he dissolved too much restylane. One eye's tear ditch came back to the original status immediately, and the other eye's tear ditch looks unevenly. Obviously that I need to add some restylane to fix the excessive Hyaluronidase , but I am informed to pay for more restylane......I am not paying for letting someone practice injection skills on me. What I am paying for should be a satisfied result. What is more, all the Hyaluronidase injections are without any sterilizing with alcohol before the procedure, just injecting directly, which is unacceptable. By the way, the other staff there are really nice and always reply my massages quickly.

You could of had it dissolved they give you a injection and it dissolves the product..

It's okay but constantly doctors say that when you dissolve and have a hollow ir dent or your whole face collapsed like a deflated balloon doctor say oh you have dissipated filler or simply are in shock that hyaluronidase did in fact dissolve natural tissues. It happened to me too. I am extremely depressed about it. Doctors now finally acknowledge it does dissolve your natural HA when they see it. It is odd in many it doesnt happen but according to real self 40% are dissatisfied. If you dig deeper even some neutral reviews if you read where positives 1st and then converted to neutral since they couldn't change it to negative. This happened because for some hyaluronidase dissolved later. Delayed dissolve even 2 months later and continued for up to year. If you want proof PM me. I want to spread awareness

It has been 1 year since I took the filler. Nothing changes. My left is worse than before because of the Hyaluronidase injection, it is a big hollow but at least it looks normal. My right eye is so ugly because the restylane injected unevenly...a big gap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don not know how long will it last....1 more year or longer..And Dr. Ransom do not even reply my email and explain to me.!!!!!!!!!!! Feel so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The most important things, the injection area always feel hurt inside , a distending pain. Luckily I am not blind still!!!!!!!!!

1 year has been past and the filler has been absorbed by my body a lot, but it still such a big gap. So you can imagine what a big bump after the 1st injection, it is a huge and blue bump. Dissolving 2 times still can not make it even.

I had Restylane in my tear troughs and I got the same gap you have under one eye. I went back and had more and three days later, that same gap returned under just that same eye. I had MORE and...three days later the gap came back again. I didn't have any dissolved but I have no idea why I have that long gap that will not fill. I look so much worse than before and I don't think there is a thing I can do about it. It isn't worth having it dissolved because it will only make things worse. I am sorry you had issues. I know the feeling. :/

6 years passed...the gap is still there under my right eye and even looks worse than before....It seems that the restylane will never be absorbed by my body forever.. Is anyone know any good doctors can resolve these restylane without making hollow under my eye? The left eye which takes too much Hyaluronidase is more sunken than before. I would like to remove the gap under my right eye but I am afraid it will be like my left eye......

Another thing is, every time when I cry, the injection part under my eye feel pain, sore with a swollen pain....
