Dr. Ransom did a neck lift and laser for wrinkles around my mouth recently . We had an opportunity to meet several months prior, arranged by Dee, his patient coordinator. This informative meeting and the consultation once the procedure was scheduled, were invaluable. Doctor and Dee were very thorough in what to expect during and post-surgery, putting my mind at ease. I've been told I'm a "good" patient, but face-it (pun), any surgery can be scary! Everything went exactly as scheduled, healing was gradual but painless, which I attribute to Dr. Ransom's expertise. All payments and follow-up appointments were easily arranged by Dee, who is truly a jewel and asset to any office.
