I am almost 3 weeks post surgery, trim method for labiaplasty. After 1 week, I seriously questioned my decision due to swelling and discomfort but I am so glad I went for it. My procedure was on a Tuesday, I have a desk job so I only took 1 day off and returned to work Thursday. I wore loose skirts and iced the whole time. I have had very little pain, mostly general discomfort from swelling. Most of my swelling subsided after 1.5 weeks. I would say that days 5 & 6 were worst and everything improved more and more each day from that point. I resumed wearing jeans on day 8. After 19 days now, it feels like there are still some stitches but no swelling. I am quite pleased with the results and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a reduction to labia size. My procedure was only a trim to my labia minora only. My only regret is that I didn't take any before photos.

Dr Rajagopal and her staff were very nice and professional and put me at ease completely. 2 days post op, I got a call from her staff to make sure I was ok which was very reassuring. I highly recommend Dr Usha Rajagopal. She knows the female anatomy, performs several labiaplasty procedures a week and her staff is fantastic.
