Oh KAY here we are again. I wanted to add more to the story!!!
So! After all has healed and settled I will say that having surgery with Dr. Jordan was worth it. I was and still am sad about my bottom lip situation but that’s kinda what happens when you have surgery, the human body heals different with every person. I will say I wish Dr. D would have suggested the facelift. My can and jaw look amazing! And it’s all his doing.
I’m grateful to have had the experience but do plan to look elsewhere moving forward.
After many years of studying these doctors I’ve kinda got an idea of what each one is good at. Dr. Jordan does wonders with girls who are young or already naturally beautiful. I needed a lot of aggressive work and should have been honest with myself about that fact to begin with.
If you afford to do he entire FFS I’d say try him out. If not maybe go to someone who’s not as bu$y.

I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted a ton of do rae me fah so la tee do! it's? all good! I believe that the universe will bless me to someday be BEAUTIFUL!!! If you need your face fixed LOOK AROUND!!!! They are ALL going to talk a good game! Remember the most expensive is not always the best!

If you want the best facial fat transfer then you should look into Seoul, South Korea. They’re the experts in “babyface”

not true. I know literally many people including myself who had horrific experience in Korea, even going to the best clinics. Korean docs just do not have the same intensive training as US docs.

The same as you said can be stated about any country. I've also seen many AMAZING results from Korea, especially the eyes and lips

have you seen these patients in real life? Because the photos that they post are completely useless, fake, photoshopped. It's pretty obvious but a lot of people fall for it. You missed the point completely. Of course any country has bad surgeons. Duh! However, US surgeons go through intensive training that lasts years and years. In Korea, a 21 year old dentist can do facial surgery. They just do not have the same intensive training that US docs have

I've seen patients in real life and real life stories. There are bad clinics there just like there re outstanding clinics. I'm not basing information or photos off of their OWN personal website. I also check credentials. There are amazing facial surgeons in Korea as well. The only thing I can advise for anyone and anyone is to DO their research in any country. Specifically, in Korea it's typically best to stay away from clinics that advertise to foreigners. Again, you have to do the research.

You do look beautiful! We are our own worst critic, don't regret it so much. The skin sagging happens with almost everyone who gets FFS because the skin gets detached from bones. I'm already preparing for that by budgeting for a facelift about 6 months to a year after I get chin reduction. The lip thing you can get corrected they can just open it back up and stitch it lower. I've heard that from few people it's because they stitch the tissue high to raise the chin, which they should not do. But again, you are the one noticing these yourself because only we know our own very small details. Thank you for the detailed review though, helped me with my decision, so I will avoid him, but you look gorgeous.

this is actually true. The skin sagging happenes even if you are 18 years old. They detach the skin, the periosteum, the fat pads, the ligaments, the muscles, it is very disruptive and ages your face like nothing else. Guaranteed. Do not believe to docs who say the skin ill shrink back. Doesn't work that way

16 Months Since Surgery with Dr. D! My FINAL UPDATE
Last night I had to figure out how to update my actual rating. Today I decided I would offer once final update on my experience with Dr. D ONLY BECAUSE this work is So Expensive! I would really hate not to speak my truth and someone else go experience the same issues.
As I said before they treat you like a REAL QUEEN during the process. Almost immediately after surgery, you become a distant memory.
I went to Dr. D to have my chin and jaw contoured and to have fat transfered into my face.
When I woke up I felt just fine. A few weeks after surgery I looked AMAZING! About 6-8 months after that was when I started asking myself WTF did I just spend ALL OF THAT MONEY ON!!!
You could not see the definition of the work Dr. D did taking my chin and jaw down because he's left a tremendous amout of skin behind.
In an effort to disquise some of that skin he lifted my bottom lip which still to this day 16 months later is too high and covers completely my bottom teeth. It weird to talk! It weird to smile! SO I DONT!
Getting a revison or any type of feedback on what can be done requires you to make a special trip BACK to SanFran Just for him to LOOK AT IT!!! No mind you he just cut your entire head open and he needs you to come back so that he can see IF he can fix the mistake that HE made.
OH OK!!!
I was totally and completely over the whole ordeal so I went to another surgeon!!! Have a face and necklift to get rid of all of the extra skin and tissue that Dr. D left me with. That surgery just too place in December! Great experice but I am nervous about writing a review YET because I would hate for 6 months to go by and the surgery settle into something that I do not like.
I think that Dr. D is an AMAZING MAN! Sexy! HANDSOME! All that! but he needs to TAKE HIS TIME and STOP TRYING TO DO SO MANY GIRLS IN ONE DAY!!! Like really focus on the artistry!!!! If you see extra skin FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY!!! A Lower LipLift is NOT the answer! when you file that chin and jaw down you MUST do it in conjunction with a neck and face lift! PERIOD! ESPECIALLY if you are removing SEVERAL millimeters of bone! I MEAN that is simple math! If you take away from here you gotta take away from there to create balance and harmony!
Now if this was a 15K situation I might have let it go by now! It was FAR MORE!!!
I did speak to Dr. D's Office prior to my last surgery and after. We did intend to stay in touch so that he could possibly repair my bottom lip. At this point I am going to pass on that and complete my Facial Fem elsewhere.

Yes..You indeed very beautiful after the surgery for 7 months. Thanks for your honest real life experiment on FFS. His site does not show before and after photos of FFS. Then What makes the tran-girals go there..? It's my curiosity, please do not take as personal.. Did you take MRI scan. You will know his works & how he cut your jaw or chin bone. You do not have to be a physician..you common sense tell you..

so! you have to go to the facility to see the images so that they are able to make you feel a way! the whole experience is to make you feel like he is The Absolute Best & that you cannot get the same treatment elsewhere! Its like being part of a secret society.
With FFS the more feminine you are going into the surgery the better chance you have for a successful out come.
I was not that femme going into it so I do not think he was as inspired.
They do tons of Xrays and scans at the initial consultation! That is part of it! He needs those images to tell you what he can and cannot do.
I think he is a good doctor. I do not think he is the best at FFS like this predecessor.
He needs to learn HONESTY and proper communication!
He needs to work on being there when you wake up!
He needs to work on figuring out how to finesse the extra skin situation as it seems I am not the only person who had this issue.

This just doesn't happen.
A face lift is best done after minimum one year. Never at the same time!
It's been performed many time in a one shot procedure. Bring a lot of cash ....yet common sence tells this is the wrong aproach
