34 Year Old Coolsculpt Patient - San Francisco, CA

This review is actually for Joey Chang. She was the patient care coordinator that performed my Coolsculpting procedure. She was really comforting and knowledgeable. It felt like she genuinely cared about the results and never tried to push more work than was needed on me. She was a complete professional. I had my upper and lower abdomen done, and lost 3 lbs permanently. The procedure is uncomfortable and it does hurt for a few weeks after, but it's so worth it. My stomach looks and feels so much better. My upper abdomen is super long, so there is a divot now in my upper ab from where the applicator was. I'll probably need to go back in to fix that at some point, but I don't think that could have been helped. I can't recommend this procedure and this practice enough.
