3 Days Post Op. 505cc HP Textured Sientra - San Francisco, CA

505cc HP textured Sientra.. Possible leak?

WORTH IT$7,600
So I'll start off by saying I'm definitely a stresser..

I'm pretty worried I might have a leak in my right breast already. I've pretty much been taking care of myself post op past day 2. The situation is frustrating enough but to make it worse, my 14 year old playful pup knocked me on my a** this morning.. :-( There was no increasing pain after that.. but in general since last night my breasts have seemed a lot tighter... And now I think my right breast might have suffered from all of my movement. I really don't think I've completely over done it.. Bc majority of my movements have been very light.. But a few times a day I'll feel a little vibration in my right boob. (I have textured implants so praying it's just that.) I'm also noticing my right breast is sitting a little higher but my nipples look to be lined up. So I feel like it's believable that there could be a leak..

I'm reaaaaaally trying to stay positive!!!! Just so darn upsetting that my siblings haven't been more supportive when it comes to actually helping a sista out ;-) ha ha.. (They're fans of the implants though) but they stay at my place and don't actually help with things... Or help with the dog.

For the next couple days I'm literally glueing myself to my couch. (So glad I chose surgery during the World Cup... I would've been on the couch majority of the time anyways)

I'm seeing my p.s TM so I'm praying there is nothing wrong.

BRIGHTER NOTE :-)
I'm so thrilled with their appearance already!! That's part of the reason I'm hoping nothing is wrong with the right one.

My weight has fluctuated drastically a few times, so I'm not toooo surprised that they're already not as inflamed.

Post op day 4!

Sorry about the last post! Probably should re-read my review before posting it next time..

It's crazy how much better I've been feeling just in the last 2 days. (Especially for basically just sitting on my a** watching the World Cup & getting served by my siblings ha ha jk)

I'll admit right this second I don't feel good.. But I think majority of it has to do with "mornings boobs" and not being elevated enough when I slept last night.

I bet majority of you ladies already know this (sorry TMI) but definitely make sure your bowel movements stay regular!!! Post op I hadn't #2 until yesterday. (About 3.5 days) My bowels were completely full (Confirmed by a Dr) I don't ever want to relive that feeling and I don't want anyone else to go through that either. Sounds dramatic but being extremely constipated and having a really sore/swollen chest was just awful.

However I was prescribed an over the counter liquid to help. It worked for me in about 10 minutes and then I felt back to my post operative self.

Off topic but as the swelling goes down, I'm starting the love my breast size more and more!! Wahoo

They are looking great already :) hang in there it just gets better and better you might want to check out my review...
I just did. I think day 2 and 3 I was a little worried bc of swelling. But reading everyone else's reviews were definitely comforting. I'm hardly an adult (age wise) and I have a twin brother.. So I'd be heart broken if I did anything to embarrass him (like ridiculously big fake boobs haha) But that ship sailed. (As far as the my negative thought process) P.s: Your cleavage is perfection. Kudos to your Dr!
Thanks :) I am very happy with the results I agree reading other peoples results and what they went through helped me a lot too..
Congratulations
Congrats girl!!! Praying you get better!! Wishing you the best journey to recovery.
Congrats. Looking great so far :)
Thank you!! :-)
Wow! They look great so far and u r barely a few days out!
Thank you!! :-)

I'm so dang sore. My least favorite part of my uneventful day post op is easily getting up from a chair or out of bed. Surely it has to do with not only being post surgery, but also has big my implants are. I'm very petite (5'3 almost 5'4 - 105- however my shoulders and chest wall is broad)

I can definitely say I do not regret not "not going bigger" like a lot of women do. In fact, I'm quite worried they're too big!!! Of course it's a long process for a the final results. (The swelling going away and my boobs dropping) so I can't wait!!! :-)

If anyone has any Q, feel free to send me a message! I'm always on here.

Now time to get back to the World Cup BRA vs CHI!

Wow!! They look amazing and not too big at all. We are the same size and my doc said he couldnt get more than 350 in, so that's awesome you were able to get that size and to me they look great, not too big. They will get smaller as they drop, so it'll be super gorgeous!
Aw so kind of you Mel!! I'm already starting to feel a lot better as the swelling and pain goes down. I looked at your pictures and we definitely did have very similar breast shape to begin with! Your breasts' look great but if you were ever interested in going even larger, Dr Leonard Gray is THE MAN!
Feeling the exact same way you are. I had surgery on 6/29 and have sientra 505cc. I feel like I look huge, hopefully when they soften up and drop we will feel better about the size, at least that's what everyone's telling me. Regardless it is 100x better then what i started with.
