Hello everyone,
Im happy to be doing my own review after about a years time contemplating getting a BA. Ive been trolling this site and so many helpfull reviews it been a big help. So now i get to share my story ...Im am 40 years old 5'3" about 130lbs currently (i had to quit smoking for the procedure) i have no childern happily divorced ???? and i was about a 34c/36b depending on the bra brand. I was always a healthy weight most of my life being petite about 105/110lbs averaging but around 35ish i started to pack on some pounds gradually ( i love food plus i think my metabolism changed ) then a year later my father got ALS and my marriage was already falling apart and i ate my feelings till i was 187lb when i had to go to the dr n get weighed. i felt bad didnt look in the mirror and i was depressed. After my father passed i made a vow to myself to make my everyday count and if i wasn't happy about aspects of my life and if i had the control to change them [RS bleep] it life is short. I left my husband (whole another story) and started to take care of myself and long story short lost the weight with diet n exorcise over the course of 2 years give or take. I had ups and downs and was so proud when i hit 120lbs i felt great. My boobies got deflated from my transition i cant even tell you what size they were because i couldn't find a bra that fit so i wore sports bras. Ok sorry for the long story and if your still here let's get down to business lol.
I had my consultation with DR Kaplin on December 2nd he wanted to do a little lift with my ba but im a little afraid of the scars and losing sensation of my nips plus it was additional $$$ i couldn't aford. (By the way i saved for half and financed the other half) and i dont think im going to mind a little sagging it will look more natural right? So i loved him put my deposit down and on 1/08/18 got my surgery done!

After surgery day 1&2

I apologize for the typos, bad grammar, punctuation, language, ect and the question marks after happily divorced thats weird...I am taking the pain meds ???? lol
I have gotten the mentor memory gel high profile 475cc implants under the muscle i forgot to mention. Dr Kaplan suggested i get a larger implant if i wasn't getting the lift. I was not concerned with size as much as shape n fullness ( i had the extra skin )
The first two days was rough for me i wont lie. So stiff and sore hard to get up n down. I had a friend babysit me which I was glad. I would have been fine on my own since i had prepped everything i thought id need days in advance. It was the company that distracted me which was a blessing. Unfortunately not unfortunately she kept making me laugh and you take for granted all the muscles you use to do it.

Day 6
juliastarJanuary 15, 2018
Not much happened in between day 3-6 just my pain, swelling, and soreness lessend day by day the more active i was the better i felt...untill mornings, morning boob is a real deal lol but I've lessened up on my pain meds taking a whole pill at night and morning and somtimes a half pill during the day if ive been doing alot. Today i put on over my head clothes and had no problem. I have had the week of my surgery off and im going back to work on Tuesday and we'll see how that go's.
I have a concern...my implants are really high up its like i have 2 sets of boobs...i know its early and will drop (im calling my dr on tues about this) they are also really in my armpit to. Most of my swelling is there and my sides. Am i just small and this is how it is...i haven't seen anyone's look quite like mine on here especially from the profile. My boobs point down more than before implants as i will show you and they look square in the front. I was hoping someone might have some personal experience similar that can put my mind at ease. Im a little bummed about it even tho i know they will drop just seems like a long journey for them.
Ive not the best photo/selfi taker never had the art of it lol...plus my phone is really old hence the grainy pics . Im still happy i got them and i know i have to be patient but its really hard... Sigh!

Mine look like that as well so I was on RS trying to see how others have ended up after dropping. I’m only 2 weeks out so I’m trying to be patient

Im 2 weeks today! I went to my follow up today Dr said everything looks like its supposed to. Being more active using your pectoral muscles lightly somtimes can help he mentioned.I guess time will tell. He also mentioned that in 6 months if i changed my mind about the lift it can be done with my current implants. I hope you recovery go's well. :)
