I searched for the perfect surgeon for months was happy to find this dr. I travel from SJ to this office, which says a lot because there is steep competition in this area, and only miles away from me. But it's worth it! I was a 32A and natural looking results were most important to me. Dr and staff were very patient/helpful. If you're smaller chested, Dr. Delgado has a talent for creating a natural appearance. I will post photos in a month. I can see that I'll be happy with the results.

One week later, the pain is gone. I stopped taking pain meds on day 4. Massaging started on day 5; it's unpleasant to say the least, but I know it's important for the overall outcome. My incision was inframammary. I'm happy with this decision because even now, it's not noticeable and my breasts haven't dropped. I had to take the photos low for the incision to be visible.
I had Mentor Memory Gel, High Profile, Round, 350cc. The information my Dr gave me says that my breasts are still firm in this stage, but I'm happy with the touch already. I've felt other implants on friends; saline feels like water balloons and gummy bear is way too firm. The memory gel feels great.
I went bra shopping for yesterday, and for the first time in my life, didn't have to worry about padding and didn't have to buy a bright pink training bra from the Pink section in Victoria's Secret. There isn't a ton of options in lingerie for an A cup and I can finally buy sexy things for my age. I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to them dropping more, though.

I live in Novato. You are right about this guy. Excellent surgeon by reputation, but maybe another fluffed-up ego, whether male OR female. Always talk to the women. They GET it.
