I've known that I'd need a breast augmentation since I was like 12. Before having kids, I filled a 34B fairly well. Boobs post-breastfeeding baby #1 were still decent, but baby #2 tore my S*%t up! I haven't bought any new bras because I knew I'd eventually get a boob job so now I'm still wearing my 34B's but constantly have to pull them down because they just keep rising over my basically nonexistent boobs! I'm scheduled for my breast augmentation TOMORROW! I will be getting 700cc Moderate Plus Smooth Round Silicone gel, submuscularly through an inframammary incision. Super excited, as this has been a LOOOONG time coming, but a tad nervous since I've barely found any reviews from ladies with the same stats as mine. I've had my last meal before surgery and have showered with antibacterial soap, as directed. I plan on washing one more time in the morning prior to leaving for my procedure at 5am. Let's see how this goes tomorrow! Wish me luck!!

Surgery day

It's 630am on surgery day! I've checked in, LOTS OF PAPERWORK! I'll be brought in shortly to have my IV placed and have my chest marked up in preparation. This morning, I washed once again with the antibacterial soap. I've also brought my prescriptions to have with me just in case I need them shortly after recovery. See you on the other side!

Hope your surgery went well! Your Stats are close to mine, and I am looking at getting 700cc but high profile

Thank you sweetie! Surgery was smooth as can be. Trying to be patient with this recovery. I think 700cc would look great on you!

Surgery is done!

My surgery took a total of 1.5 hours and I woke up in recovery feeling great! The anesthesiologist gave me a scopolamine patch to help prevent nausea. Pain was very minimal the first few hours but my chest did feel tight and like someone was sitting on my chest. Most of the pain was in my mid upper back so I took 2 Vicodin to keep it at bay.

About 4 hours after surgery my right underarm felt weak and I noticed more swelling in the right breast. I watched it carefully and finally face timed my PS as the swelling went up past my collarbone. He asked me to watch it for another hour or so and if I notice that it has gotten MUCH bigger after that, I may need to come in and have it drained. He also advised me to ice the area.

After 2 hours, he called to check up on me and the swelling was about the same, if not subsiding slowly. He then reassured me that the swelling might be because I'm right hand dominant, which makes sense. Now, 10 hours post op, my right arm feels much stronger and I'm a lot more comfortable.

I also have a pain pump, though I'm not sure it's working haha. I've peeked at it a couple of times and it doesn't look like the liquid in it is moving at all. I don't have mouth pain though, so I'll just wait it out until tomorrow to see what's really going on.

I have pretty good range of motion in both arms. My left breast makes like a farting sound when I move my arm a certain way hahaha but I've heard it's normal so no big deal. I'm very happy with my results so far, let's hope I don't develop boob greed!
