One month post op
It's been one month now. Swelling still there (as expected). Been back in full swing now with work and exercise for nearly two weeks. There's a little bit of pain when I run so I avoid doing that but weight lifting and walking is no problem.

Hello, I have a few questions for you.... Are you happy with your results? Has the procedure lasted over time? Was this procedure what you expected? Do you have any dislikes about the process?

I'm happy so far and I'm hopeful that my results will be even better once my swelling goes away (plus diet and exercise). I can't answer the second questions because it's only been three weeks but I'm certain the results will last becaus there's very little fat there and you can't grow new fat cells once they're removed. The process itself was as I expected it hurt a little but nothing unbearable. Hope this helps! Lemme know if you have anymore questions.

Hey usually takes a few months for the swelling to go down completely. I'll keep posting photos every week or two
