5'7 135 Lbs 500cc's 2 Breastfed Kids 39 YO - San Francisco, CA

Hi! I had my BA yesterday and i got 450cc. I workout daily and im 5'4 142lbs. Hard to tell now w mine bc they r high up but i think they will be a perfect look for me. So w u being a little taller the 500 wld probably fit u just right. Just from pics i have looked at i always noticed on taller ppl the bigger sizes looked smaller comoared to the shorter girl. Not much smaller, but more natural i guess. Good luck!

I had BA last march. I'm 47, breastfeeded 3 kids. I'm 5'7, 130 lbs, and active. I was wearing 34B double push-up all the time, but I was probably a small 34B. I wanted something like what my double push-up bra was giving me. I wanted a natural look, that would fit my body, not just large breast!!! My surgeon and I decided 325cc, round moderate silicone, under the muscle. He was suggesting 325 or 350cc. I do wear now 34D and sometime 34DD. I am happy I did not choose bigger because I'm not big, and I found It's a little bit difficult to dress. I have to dress bigger for the tops, and it tends to be larger at the waist. Hopefully, the trend here is a little loose
