Silicone scar sheet holder

I forgot to put up a photo of where you put the silicone sheets when not in use. In the box there is a piece of plastic to hold them on. I put them on there after I wash them.

The silicone sheets, paper tape, and Mederma I use

I got both the reusable silicone sheets and Mederma at Target you can find them at other places as well, but it was cheaper at target than the pharmacy. You can cut the scilicone sheets to fit your scars and they are reusable for at least 7 days as long as you wash them between uses. I secure the silicone sheets with paper tape. Dont get the "sensitive skin" paper tape, it just falls off. Also, I tried a cheap brand of paper tape from the dollar store and it caused a bad reaction on my skin.

Mederma is a scar fading gel made from onions, strangely enough. I'm adding photos of what I use so you have a visual. :)

The DROP and FLUFF!?!?

The picture included is of weeks 1, 3, and 5. I think we have the drop and fluff going on! The LEFT has been bigger than the RIGHT from very beginning and I was getting nervous about their fate. Now they look to be the same size! You can also see the spacing between breasts has changed while in the bra. I think because they are getting softer. I wish they would be closer together with no bra, but at least I can make cleavage if I want to. It happened so suddenly! I'm more and more in love every day. I'm also feeling like myself more and more. Things are still slightly sore, especially my nipples! I STILL have that strange bruising under my right breast, so I massage it extra and put on arnica gel.

My tummy tuck is looking great. I can stand up straight and I'm getting some flexibility back. My scar looks to be healing nice and flat and I've been using silicon scar tape and mederma. The tape seems to be a miracle worker. I notice a difference every day.
