Looking into Endermologie
I'm like 3 or 4 years post and after some ups and downs in weight, the lipo seems to be worth it. When I got serious about fitness and diet, my lipo areas just shrunk right up. I am now looking into Endermologie for few spots of lumpiness. I've also considered cool sculpting.
2 Years Post-Op - Edit
Whoopsie, I was around 140 pre-op, not 136! It's been too long ^_^ But I was back up to 143 this last December and am happily down to 128 now :)
2 Years Post-Op
It's been 2 years, 20lbs lost, 30 lbs gained, and 15lbs lost again to this point. I definitely think after losing the weight this last time the healthy way and working out, that the lipo was worth it and definitely made a difference in my overall outcome of my fitness plan. The only thing I am bummed about is my scars. They are perfectly symmetrical and not even slightly hidden by my bikini or underwear :/ That part sucks and is pretty obvious that I've had work done. I openly admit I've had a breast augmentation (and no one can ever believe it!) but I hate to admit lipo. I am always worried I will be judged in a "well why aren't you skinny/why do you still jiggle/why is your ass still big/why do you still have cellulite?" kind of way. So the fact that my scars are so visible makes me sad. But I do look better in clothing and I am now more of an hourglass than a pear which was my goal! I posted a before (from the dr office) and and after in black and white because I was much more tan in the first photo and I didn't want that skewing how the image was viewed lol
But all in all, I went from 136lbs, a size 8-10 womens/9-13 juniors/large and xlarge in panties/stretchy pants to now 128lbs (that was a healthier lifestyle though, not the lipo!) and a size 4-6 womens/5-7 juniors/medium or large panties/stretchy pants.
It's not necessarily a HUGE difference, but I fit better in clothing that used to struggle to fit over my thighs and I am wearing shorts in public now and wearing skinny jeans and yoga pants which I never in a million years would've done before.
