Ms. Wills, The most recent visit to your facility located in San Diego was a very positive.
After committing 15 years to my career, as a flight attendant and a print model for five it was time to take care of my horrible spider veins.
After much research I chose Cosmetic Laser Dermatology. I have to be honest I was very reluctant to visit your office, after reading a negative review on Yelp. At the end I decided to act on my gut feeling resulting being treated by the best doctor in the U.S . After much research the answer always circled back around to Dr. Goldman who wrote the bible on hematology.
The appointment for a consultation was made. After speaking with Dr. Goldman and his assistant Melissa both made me feel very comfortable. Explaining the positive and negative . At this point I felt my decision needed to be based on knowledge . The procedure was scheduled in the following two weeks. Arriving to the office I was pleasantly surprised. Greeted by Heather in the front office who greeted me with a bright smile, unlike the yelp review.
My first leg was treated. Melissa who assisted Dr. Goldman had a very professional demeanor. Tracy who was the last person to see checking out assured me that Dr. Goldman is the best and that I had nothing to worry about. Presently post 2.5 months my right leg looks amazing. The left leg needs a touch up in some areas and I was previously warned may need additional treatments. This leg was the worst of the two. I felt it was very important to write a review to you and the public . An honest accurate accounting and review of Dr. Goldman and his staff as a practice. To think that for a moment I almost changed my mind after reading negative yelp review. One thing to consider what if the unforeseen happens or if you have a complication? You are messing with the lifeline in your body. I cant imagine a nurse or a clinic performing this surgery. Dr. Goldman thank you for your confidence and knowledge. Some may see as you as arrogant however I see as confident . Knowledge is power that is why I chose you I was not going to be treated by less. I cant wait for the summer to wear shorts again.
