I have to say that Dr. Pousti and his staff really care about my results. I have had several appointments with him throughout my first year and he has addressed any of my concerns. I am excited to have an appointment with him tomorrow. I went through a phase where I wanted everything to look perfect and I had to take a step back and enjoy my new beautiful boobs.

I really like my results. I have not updated in a long time and wanted to let everyone know i love the way they look and I am so happy. I am about two months out and the time has really gone by quickly. I have gotten back to my working out however, I have some reserves on working out my upper body still. I will do picture updates soon.

Heather gave me the all clear to start running, biceps, and triceps. Yeahhhhhh However, I still can not do chest exercises like pushups or bench press. Dr. Pousti came in to check on me and he wants me to keep the surgical tape on my incision for another 2 weeks. I will because I want to best looking incisions. I am excited to see how my incision looks because, I always wear a water proof bandage on them and blow dry on cool after any shower. I really like how they are turning out and the Doctor agrees. All the girls that work there have been really nice to me so far :) oh yeah and I got a tank top souvenir.
