2 Weeks Post Lipo on 3/6/2020

Well there's still some residual bruising after two weeks but most of it has gone away. There's definitely still some swelling especially in the mons pubis area, flanks, and then also in the lower belly. But overall I'm super happy with the results. I'm still wearing my compression garment 24 hours a day. There's definitely still soreness. In the last few days I've also incorporated doing my own lymphatic massage and then also massage on all of the surgical areas. Whenever I pinch any of the skin on all the areas that the surgeon worked on there's very little to no fat. I do wish that he had taken off this much in the past but it is what it is as long as I'm happy with the current look. I can tell that eventually once the swelling goes down that I'm going to be ecstatic at the results. I've been walking daily but have not started officially exercising and I'm going to wait.

5 Year Update and Revision Lipo

Over 5 years later I decided to do more lipo today. For all this time I workout 5-7 days per week and am very fit. The only thing I had wished was that the doctor had removed more in the midsection. I pretty much have no body fat anywhere else on the body. Well I saw him a few months ago we had a conversation and he agreed to do more and be more aggressive this time with the chance that I might get bumps. But my body does heal very very well so we will see.
My revision was this morning. We hit up the flanks and upper and lower abs and right before theprocedure I consented to add the pubic area because I did not want a flat stomach with a pooch.
I have no pain when sitting and some pain when standing and walking. It's tolerable though so I only took one Norco. I am a nurse that works in cosmetic surgery so I know all the tricks.
I am looking forward to getting these bandages off for sure. Below are some preop pics.

Well today was my touch-up on my right love handle

Today was my right flank touch-up that the doctor promised. So did this under local and wow the injections to numb hurt like a b***ch. He had to poke into multiple areas sometimes causing shooting pains into my groin. We waited 15 minutes to let the numbing to take effect. After that the surgery itself wasn't too bad while they sucked out the fat. There was only occasionally shooting pain but near the end I felt more. I tried to keep in mind that tattoos hurt just as bad and I have a few of those. Here are a few preoperative pics and I will post afters later.
