Don't Hesitate to See Dr. Lee - His RapidLift Was my Best Decision Ever!

Scar update - 10 Weeks from Surgery

WORTH IT
10-Weeks (from Surgery) Update...I am able to pull my hair up now, and the scars are not visible. But I wanted to get some close-ups to show you the scars. I can hide the front scar with a little make up - but honestly it is so faint I don't even need to do that anymore. The back scar is hidden underneath my hair, and as you can see it is still pink...but I really don't even think about it since it is hidden.

You can really see my baby jowls and neck sag in these before and after photos. In the past, I was trying to compensate for my melting jawline by 'overfilling' my cheekbones with Juviderm and other fillers but I discovered I was starting to look weird with big apple cheeks and a saggy neck. But, as I mentioned in an earlier post, fear was holding me back...along with the fact that I wanted to look natural, and not like a gal who 'had some work done.'

Thank you so much! Honestly I tried everything nonsurgical I could for a few years (neck firming creams, jaw exercises, fillers, LED skin firming device and Nuface device) but NOTHING worked. My neck skin had a mind of it's own and the baby jowls just kept growing. I feel like my face has been given a second chance. :) :)

Love the natural look. Really beautiful result. I know what you mean trying everything to hold up neck and jawline. I agree with other comments, it’s a personal decision and those who are critical probably have issues of their own. Do what makes you feel good!

Thank you for your very kind comment. I really appreciate it! The mental and emotional struggle in making this decision was far worse than the actual procedure. I just love your encouragement and want to pass that on to anyone out there who is reading this :)

You are not vain! You look fantastic!!! There is nothing wrong with taking care of your appearance!

Thank you so much for saying this. Honestly I struggled with the vanity issue... I hear so many folks who are critical of those who have had plastic surgery. (More from my age group than younger people). There are people in my family I would not tell... because I would be 'shamed' for not going down the natural aging path! It is very reassuring to hear your feedback! Thank you again :)
